https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/AELR/article/view/5608

This qualitative study investigates the extent and nature of generative AI usage among young Indians for academic purposes. Employing a thematic analysis of data collected from 206 participants aged 16-30, the research explores the motivations driving this adoption, examining the shift from traditional research methods towards AI-powered tools. Findings reveal a high level of awareness and frequent usage of generative AI across various platforms, primarily driven by convenience, efficiency, and ease of access. While participants express limited concern regarding ethical implications, the study highlights the potential for over-reliance and the need for greater awareness of responsible AI usage. The research contributes to a growing body of work examining the impact of generative AI on young people, emphasizing the need for responsible adoption strategies, particularly in educational settings. Further quantitative research with larger, more representative samples is recommended to corroborate and extend these initial qualitative findings.
Oindrila CHAKRABORTY

https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/AELR/article/view/6729

This research investigates the development and validation of a creative strategic conflict management model tailored for Rajabhat Universities in Thailand. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study identifies key model components, assesses its validity, and proposes a refined model for effective conflict management. The research process involves document analysis, a Delphi study with 25 experts, a seminar with nine experts, and a survey of 515 administrators and educational personnel. Findings reveal that the model comprises seven primary components: organization-centered approach, reconciliation, mediation, concession, avoidance, competition, and collaboration, structured around vision, mission, objectives, and sub-strategies. Validation results demonstrate a high level of appropriateness, with a congruence index of 0.89, indicating strong agreement on its effectiveness. This research contributes a structured, evidence-based model tailored to the specific needs of Rajabhat Universities, serving as a practical framework for administrators to address and manage conflicts constructively and strategically, fostering institutional resilience and adaptability.
Ntapat WORAPONGPAT

https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/AELR/article/view/6755

This article addresses the critical need to reinforce value-based education (VBE) within schools to counteract society's decline in moral values. It proposes a comprehensive, replicable, and actionable framework designed for implementation in Indian schools, yet adaptable to other contexts. The framework integrates six core components: spiritual, moral, social, cultural, legal compliance, and technology-based values, each with defined content and pedagogical approaches. It also emphasizes the importance of teacher training, community engagement, and continuous assessment to ensure effective implementation. The article reviews relevant theories, prior literature, and existing VBE practices, highlighting the benefits and limitations of this educational approach. This framework offers a structured pathway for fostering ethical character, responsible citizenship, and holistic student development by aligning with national educational aims and international aspirations such as the Sustainable Development Goals. It calls for further research to validate the framework's impact and sustainability in diverse settings.
Prem Lal JOSHI
