This research uses the method of qualitative research. Key informants include: The main informant is a group of eight housewives of the Sufficiency Philosophy Propelling and Learning Center of Village No. 2 in Tham Phannara Sub-district, Tham Phannara District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The secondary informants are nine supporters of the guidelines for promoting the processing of products from waste materials from the Sufficiency Philosophy Propelling and Learning Center of Village No. 2 in Tham Phannara Sub-district, Tham Phannara District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The qualitative method was used in this research. Key informants comprised: The first group was a group of producers of sticky rice in bamboo from five families, and the secondary group of key informants, which was the second group was a group of five supporters and sponsors of sticky rice in bamboo of Na Kan. The body of knowledge for producing sticky rice in bamboo in the community from a case study of Ban Na Kan community, village no. 1, Na Rieng sub-district, Phrom Khiri district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province used interviews for collecting data and descriptive statistics for data analysis. The qualitative method was used in this research. Key informants consisted of the main key informant, which was the first group that comprised the eleven members of Ban Khlong Chang community financial institution, and the secondary key informant, which was the second group that comprised four persons who were supporters and sponsors of Ban Khlong Chang community financial institution. The research tool used in this research was a questionnaire. This research used a questionnaire to collect data and conducted data analysis with descriptive analytics. This research had a field study in the area of Ban Khlong Chang community by appointing date, time, and location to meet a target group for the study of primary data, building relationships, and coordination to collect purposively on the details of each issue that related to Ban Khlong Chang community financial institution. Key informants consisted of 1) The main informant, which was the first group that consisted of one spirit medium, 2) The secondary informants, which was the second group that consisted of three spirit medium reservists, 3) The group of three ritual organizers, 4) The group of five people who were interested in regularly participating with the ritual, and 5) The three successors of Khrue Mor Pi. Ritual and belief of Khrue Mor Pi in Ban Na To Thaem, Village No.11, Nong Hong Sub-District, Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province used interview forms to collect data and analyze the data with descriptive analytics. The results showed that: 1) The ritual of conjuring Khrue Mor Pi found that the preparation of worshipping must have prepared flowers, joss sticks, and candles to organize the ritual. In the first step of the ritual, there must have been the conjuring to summon the spirit of Khrue Mor Pi to dwell in the medium because all sacred things must have had their teachers. After that, the oboe of the Kalor band would have been played. 2) The ritual of curing the sickness from the victim of black magic found that the belief of Khrue Mor Pi in the Kalor band pertained to sickness. The people in ancient times emphasized this matter because they believed these sacred things helped protect and anchor their minds. The objectives are to study the problems and obstacles in fish cracker making of Ban Dato Community in Laem Pho Sub - district, Yaring District, Pattani Province, and to study the marketing promotion guidelines for Ban Dato Community in Laem Pho Sub - district, Yaring District, Pattani Province. This research is conducted with in - depth interviews with ten key informants and three secondary informants. The data is analyzed with descriptive analytics. The results show that the method for making fish crackers of Ban Dato Community in Laem Pho Sub - district, Yaring District, Pattani Province, comprises 1) The ingredient preparation process, which is the preparation of fish and other ingredients, 2) Ingredient mixing process, which consists of Sardine meat, Tapioca flour, Sago flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, duck eggs and water according to the proportions set, and 3) Method of drying, which is drying the fish crackers on the cracker panels. Problems and obstacles in making fish crackers in Ban Dato Community in Laem Pho Sub - district, Yaring District, Pattani Province found 1) Lack of funds from insufficient funds to spend in making fish crackers, 2) Labor problems, most people lacked their will to fight and diligence, and 3) Environmental issues, which was weather problem that led to not being able to dry the fish crackers.
