Data were collected by document research, questionnaires, in-depth interviews. Group discussion, brainstorming, data analysis with inductive summaries and descriptive statistics. The guidelines for career development for the elderly are participatory. by the cooperation of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna with the community for career development for the elderly and enhance the group’s product development and generate income for the elderly to have a good quality of life.
