From Ringside to Fluency: The Impact of WWE Commentary on Pronunciation Development

This study explores how shadowing emotionally expressive media, specifically WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) commentary, can support English pronunciation development among EFL learners. Drawing on Krashen’s Input Hypothesis and Imitation Theory, the research employs a narrative-based, self-exploratory design conducted over 16 weeks. Through systematic shadowing of WWE broadcasts, weekly audio recordings, and reflective journaling, the study documents gradual improvements in consonant articulation, word stress, and prosodic features such as rhythm, pitch variation, and expressive fluency. High-energy segments of commentary were particularly effective in enhancing speech confidence and reducing hesitation, suggesting that emotionally engaging input may facilitate natural and fluent speech production. While results were promising, the single-participant design limits generalizability. Future research with more participants, objective assessment tools, and varied media formats is recommended to build on and validate these findings.

This study explores the impact of Buddhist-inspired Innovative Leadership on employee job satisfaction within SCG GRAND Co., Ltd., a company specializing in the manufacturing of dietary supplements, health, and beauty products. The research integrates Buddhist leadership principles, including the Four Bhāvanās (Sīla, Kāya, Citta, and Paññā) and emphasizes the holistic development of employees through morality, physical well-being, mental well-being, and wisdom. The study identifies key factors influencing job satisfaction, including interpersonal relationships, job security, and the alignment of leadership practices with employee development. Findings suggest that Buddhist-inspired Innovative Leadership significantly enhances job satisfaction by fostering an environment of trust, stability, and mindfulness. The application of these principles leads to higher employee engagement, satisfaction, and organizational success. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of how Buddhist leadership can be applied to modern entrepreneurial settings, offering valuable insights for organizations seeking to integrate ethical leadership and improve employee well-being.

บทความเรื่องแนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจสีเขียวตามแนวคิด BCG Economy ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มแม่บ้านปรีชา 10 เขตมีนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดและการรับรู้ของธุรกิจสีเขียวของวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มแม่บ้านปรีชา 10 เขตมีนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพของวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มแม่บ้านปรีชา 10 เขตมีนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร ตามแนวคิด BCG Model และ 3) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจสีเขียวตามแนวคิด BCG Model สำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มแม่บ้านปรีชา 10 เขตมีนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร รูปแบบวิจัย เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยเก็บข้อมูลผ่านการสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม และจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมศักยภาพกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแม่บ้านปรีชา 10 เขตมีนบุรี เช่น การวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพชุมชน การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านกลยุทธ์และการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ ผลการศึกษาจาก SWOT Analysis และ TOWS Matrix พบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มเป็นภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นที่รักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม และมีการใช้ทรัพยากรชีวภาพและเทคโนโลยีเพิ่มมูลค่าอย่างเหมาะสม การอบรมช่วยเพิ่มทักษะด้านการออกแบบตราสินค้า ฉลาก และบรรจุภัณฑ์ ด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์อย่างง่าย สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจชีวภาพ (Bio Economy) ชุมชนมีความเห็นว่าแนวทางธุรกิจสีเขียวช่วยใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า ส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีและเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โดย 97.83% เห็นว่าช่วยดึงดูดลูกค้าใหม่ และสร้างความแตกต่างจากคู่แข่งที่ไม่ใช่ธุรกิจสีเขียว

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ภาพสะท้อนและแนวคิดทางสังคมที่ปรากฏในกวีนิพนธ์ “ข้างคลองคันนายาว” ของ เนาวรัตน์ พงษ์ไพบูลย์ ในด้าน 1. ภาพสะท้อนและแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับสังคม 2. ภาพสะท้อนและแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจ และ 3. ภาพสะท้อนและแนวคิดด้านการเมือง โดยแหล่งข้อมูลที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยนำมาจากคอลัมน์ “ข้างคลองคันนายาว” ซึ่งตีพิมพ์ในหนังสือพิมพ์เดลินิวส์ ฉบับประจำวันอาทิตย์ ตลอดปี พ.ศ. 2564 – กันยายน พ.ศ. 2565 และการสัมภาษณ์ เนาวรัตน์ พงษ์ไพบูลย์ เชิงลึกแบบไม่เป็นทางการ

ผลการวิจัยพบภาพสะท้อนและแนวคิด 1. ด้านสังคม สะท้อนมุมมองของกวีต่อวิถีชีวิตของผู้คนในสังคมไทยที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์สำคัญในช่วงเวลานั้น 2. ด้านเศรษฐกิจ สะท้อนภาพการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจไทย ด้านการค้าระหว่างประเทศ การเกษตร และการพัฒนาแรงงาน และ 3. ด้านการเมือง แม้กวีจะมิได้วิพากษ์วิจารณ์การเมืองอย่างตรงไปตรงมา แต่ก็ปรากฏการสะท้อนภาพทางการเมืองในช่วงเหตุการณ์สำคัญบางช่วงผ่านบทกวีเช่นกัน โดยกวีแทรกคติธรรมทางพุทธศาสนามาใช้ประกอบการนำเสนอแนวคิด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมของวิสาหกิจชุมชนสินค้าเกษตรและแปรรูปบ้านสามแยก ตำบลลำโพ อำเภอบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาส่วนประสมการตลาดที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนสินค้าเกษตรและแปรรูปบ้านสามแยกตำบลลำโพ อำเภอบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) วิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อม SWOTs กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน และบุคลากรภาครัฐในพื้นที่ตำบลลำโพ อำเภอบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวน 15 คน และเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนทั่วไป จำนวน 400 คน ใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) โดยใช้สถิตเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสินค้าเกษตรและแปรรูปบ้านสามแยก ตำบลลำโพ อำเภอบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี มีอาชีพหลักจำหน่ายข้าวเกรียบ โดยมีกระบวนการผลิตการแปรรูปจากเห็ดนางฟ้า และพืชผลทางการเกษตร มีศักยภาพด้านผู้นำ มีการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้สมาชิกเกิดความร่วมมือและมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดแนวทาง เป้าหมายการดำเนินงานรวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค การปรับปรุงพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และการดำเนินงานของกลุ่ม พบว่า จุดอ่อนของกลุ่ม คือ การส่งเสริมการตลาดยังขาดสื่อโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงสมาชิกกลุ่มขาดความรู้ในการส่งเสริมการตลาดออนไลน์ บนแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ และส่วนประสมการตลาดผลิตภัณฑ์ตามหลัก 8P พบว่า ตัวอย่างให้ความสำคัญในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณา รายด้านพบว่าด้านที่ผู้บริโภคให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดคือ ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ รองลงมาคือ ด้านราคา ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ตามลำดับ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ด้านการใช้พลัง
