This holds the principle that ownership of movable property transfers to the buyer at the time of making the contract. and ownership of the property sold It will be transferred to the buyer from the moment the sales contract is made. Unless an exception is made otherwise. It is not necessary that the transferee or buyer must have the property in their possession in any way. Delivery is only a duty to satisfy the seller‘s debt. It is not related to the results of the transfer of ownership or property rights.</p> <p>As for the case of special types of movable property, that is, boats with a capacity of five tons or more, rafts, and beasts of burden. This enhances learner engagement and addresses issues related to curriculum, instructors, teaching materials, and management found in traditional education systems. This article examines the use of online platforms as tools for teaching Chinese, focusing on the development of modern teaching materials such as videos, infographics, learning games, and online exercises. It also explores the application of interactive technologies like virtual classrooms and AI chatbots. Additionally, it discusses the use of motivational mechanisms such as gamification, reward systems, and interactive activities, which enhance learning efficiency and stimulate student interest. The study found that the selection of appropriate online platforms significantly impacts the development of students' four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Listening, speaking, reading, and writing, all of which play a crucial role in communication and learning, make Chinese language highly significant to Thailand's economy, society, education, and culture. It emphasizes that learning Chinese not only enables effective communication but also prepares for business opportunities, investments, and international cooperation. This is a mixed-methods research study conducted with a sample group consisting of 352 people from the Bangkhen District and key informants were director, officers of Bangkhen District Office. and community leaders in the area totaling 14 people. The research tools were interviews and questionnaires.</p> <p>Research results 1) Effectiveness of implementing the state welfare card policy, it was found that the project is aligned with the needs of the people. 2) As regards the factors affecting the implementation of the state welfare card policy, It was found that the project has clear aims and standards that can be implemented to achieve the goal and has continuous budget support throughout the project; officer have knowledge and understanding of the project, and the responsible agencies have effective coordination and information exchange. 3) Strategies to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the state welfare card policy include promoting the project, strictly assessing the qualifications of low-income earners, and continuously implementing the policy such as providing the vocational training and conducting assessments. By studying documents and in-depth interviews with key informants, including a group of nuns, a group of monks, and a group of teachers/academics.</p> <p>The results of the document study found that: 1) Women's rights according to the guidelines for ordination as nuns in Buddhism. It was a vision of women's ability to develop themselves and be able to achieve various levels of Dhamma. Therefore, the Buddha granted ordination to them. 2) Women's rights according to the concept of ordination of nuns in Thai society. Seeing the potential of women that are no different from men They can come and act as the successors of Buddhism like other monks as well. Therefore there was a demand for religious rights in ordination. 3) Women's rights according to the concept of feminism. It is about pushing yourself out of your old belief system, pushing yourself to live in society and into the public world. The results of the study from in-depth interviews found that Guidelines for carrying out activities in the women's rights movement for ordination as nuns in Theravada Buddhism in Thai society Activities that should be carried out in Movement demanding the right to ordain as a nun in Thai society as follows: 1) Activities to create social space for nuns and 2) Training activities to provide knowledge, training to provide knowledge. It is very important, especially for Buddhist monks.
