<p>This research objective was to support the philosophy of sufficient economy (PSE) as new paradigm of sustainable development by using the philosophical analysis and dialogue to gathering the opinion and data to extension the concept of thought and categorizes to be optimized ideas. The result found that the righteousness of PSE had to considerate in many dimensions such as; 1. PSE as the King’s policy had the religious righteousness as the divine right and Bodhisattva belief in Buddhism who sustain the compassion, justice and give the happiness, prosperity to the people. And the center of power relation and the people had to obedience and faithful with ancient ritual and tradition. 2. PSE as the governance policy had the legitimacy righteousness as the public contract, hegemony in the national economic and social development plan for long period and presented in Nation strategies for next 20 years 2017-2036) by linking the King’s philosophy to the nation development in all dimension with the integration on the middle way. 3. PSE as the legality righteousness, the constitution B.E. 2560 had the PSE legislation in section 6 the state policy and code 75, so the role of righteousness to drive the social system worked properly. The righteousness promotion via the registration is the same main direction as the many countries. 4. PSE as the philosophy had the righteous according to the subject such as; 1) Metaphysics as dualism and moderate postmodern philosophy which dominance in development the quality of life in the lifestyle under the current stage of diversity knowledge. 2) Epistemology according to the MPP had the answer that congruence to the way of thinking in Thai society which is re-read all, reject none, and selected the good to fit the present lifestyle to develop the quality of life. 3) Ethical philosophy has the align with the goal of PSE to develop the quality of life to the highest goal. <p>The objectives of this research were: (1) to examine components of the high performance organization(HPO) of colleges and universities in Shenyang, Liaoning Province; (2) to develop a causal model of factors affecting high performance organization(HPO) of colleges and universities in Shenyang, Liaoning Province; and (3) to verify the causal model of factors affecting high performance organization of colleges and universities in Shenyang, Liaoning Province with empirical date .</p> <p>The research was a mixed methodology research. The Population consisted of 4844 people who were managers and teachers They came from 3 colleges and universities of different school categories in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, which are classified according to school type. The researcher determined sample size with Krejcie and Morgan’s Table (1970). The sample size was 357. The key informants were five experts, obtained by purposive sampling method. The instruments used for data collection were Analysis of literature content and five-point survey scale. The statistics used for date analysis were descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis to analyze the collected data, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Structural equation model (SEM).</p> <p>The research findings revealed that; (1) the components of high-performance organizations in universities in Shenyang, Liaoning Province were identified;HPO consist of nine components:leadership, excellent talent team, a good working environment, clear goals and performance orientation, efficient communication and collaboration, continuous learning and innovation, emphasize teacher development and satisfaction, incentive and reward mechanism, organizational culture and values</p> <p> (2) a causal model for high-performance organizations in colleges and universities were developed and verified its rationality;and (3)Leadership positively impacted direct and indirect high-performance organizational performance through motivation. Motivation directly enhanced performance, while its impact on Organizational commitment was limited. Organizational commitment directly improved performance. Leadership's indirect impact on high-performance organizations operated through motivation and organizational commitment. <p>The purposes of this study are 1) To study the creative leadership of administrators under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2, 2) To study the organizational culture in schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2, and 3) To find out the creative leadership of administrators affecting organizational culture in schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2. The sample is a group of 92 schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2 determined by using Krejcie and Morgan table. The data is collected from 4 personnel of each school, including a school administrator and 3 teachers altogether 368 samples, using the questionnaires as the data collection instruments. Data analysis of this study includes frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using statistical package.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong> This study result found that :</strong></p> <ol> <li>The analysis results of the creative leadership of administrators under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2 visionary in overall, and in each aspect were rated at a high level. These aspects were placed from the highest to the lowest of results as follows: visionary, creativity, flexibility and adaptability, individualized consideration, and teamwork, respectively.</li> </ol> <p> 2) The analysis result of the organizational culture in schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2 in overall, and in each aspect were rated at a high level. These aspects were placed from the highest to the lowest of results as follows : organization purpose, integrity, quality, empowerment, decision, trust, sense of community, caring, recognition, and diversity respectively.</p> <p>3) The creative leadership of administrators affects organizational culture in schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2 statistically significant at 0.01 level. <p>This research aims to 1.) improve educational measurement process 2.) increase learning achievement of Pathology Course. It is a classroom participatory action research. Research tools included educational measurement that was continuously improved by teachers and learners during the teaching and learning process. Mid-term examination scores were used as input information for meeting together to search for cause of the problems. Discussion, analysis and synthesis until getting an agreement for solving were achieved. Then the agreement was used for development of teaching and learning process and improvement of educational measurement. Final examination scores were used as indicator for achievement of problem solving and increment of learning achievement of the learners. Participant group consisted of 2<sup>nd</sup> year Medical Technology students (n=49) and teachers (n=4) of Nation University. Examination scores of all students were used for statistical analysis by pair sample t-test (p<0.05). Learn to know, to pass and equity were principles to emphasized during the research process. The agreement method for solving the problem of low midterm examination results ware 1.) giving exercises with answers 2.) repeating the midterm examination for 2 times. Improvement of midterm scores was achieved. Then the final examination was also spitted into 2 times. However, due to many examinations in that period the final scores were not satisfied. Therefore, repeat final examination was done. After that, all students were passed. <p>The objectives of this research were: (1) to propose new paradigm of art education management in colleges and universities under Liaoning Province in the next decade ; and (2) to develop future wheel of implication for new paradigm of art education management in Colleges and Universities under Liaoning Province in the Next Decade.</p> <p>The research methodology was qualitative research with Delphi technique. The key informants were 20 experts in art education management. The data from three rounds of interviews were coded and classified by Delphi technology and future wheel research. The instrument used for data collection were open ended interview form and five-point rating scale questionnaire. Statistics is used for data analysis were adopt mode, median, Inter Quartile Range and content analysis was employed.</p> <p>The research findings revealed that: (1) the new paradigm of art education management in Colleges and Universities under Liaoning Province in the next decade is consisted of nine dimensions: the globalization of art education management, diversification (diversified development mode), education information management in art education, the concept of art education, teaching management in art education, organization management in art education, resource management in art education, quality management in art education, art education leadership;and (2) the future wheel of implication for new paradigm of art education management in Colleges and Universities under Liaoning Province in the next decade, based on the results of data analysis. </p> <p>The researcher used data analysis to get 87 consensus items and created an image of future wheels.</p>Qiu Guoguang, Kamolmal Chaisirithanya, Chuanchom Chinatangkul

<p>The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the strategic leadership qualities of educational administrators affiliated with the Office of Primary Education Area, Nakhon Pathom Province, Area 2 2) to study the organizational culture of primary schools affiliated with the Office of Primary Education Area, Nakhon Pathom Province, Area 2 3)to study the impact of strategic leadership qualities of educational administrators on the organizational culture of primary schools affiliated with the Office of Primary Education Area, Nakhon Pathom Province, Area 2. The sample group in this research consisted of 92 schools affiliated with the Office of Primary Education Area, Nakhon Pathom Province, Area 2, and a total of 368 participants were surveyed. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using pre-existing software. The statistical methods used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.</p> <p><strong>The results of research were found that: </strong>1) The overall strategic leadership characteristics of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Office of Basic Education Commission, Nakhon Pathom Educational Service Area Office 2, were at the highest level. The characteristics were ranked in order of average values from highest to lowest as follows: vision creation, ability to use various factors as strategies, revolutionary thinking for change, high-level thinking and understanding, and expectation and opportunity creation. 2) The organizational culture of the Office of Basic Education Commission, Nakhon Pathom District 2, is overall at the highest level, listed in descending order of average scores from highest to lowest, as follows: coherence in personnel's job performance, cooperation in learning, clear operational goals, teamwork among personnel, professional development, and participatory leadership. 3) Strategic Leadership of Administrators Affecting Organizational Culture in Elementary Schools Under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area 2 namely, setting a creative vision The ability to use various factors as a strategy revolutionary ideas for change and a high level of understanding. in which the variables together predicted the organizational culture Under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area 2 was 69.5%</p>Prakaytip Pumipak Pumipak, Phramaha Thamrong Ṭhitapuñño

<p>This research objectives were: (1) to study the organizational climate in private universities; (2) study the performance behaviors of teachers in private universities; and (3) to study the relationship between organizational climate and performance behaviors of teachers in private universities. The population was 357 teachers in private universities. The sample was 186 teachers in private universities. Sample size was determined as Krejcie and Morgan’s table (1977: 607-610) and obtained via Simple Random Sampling technique. The instrument were two parts questionnaires which reliability at 0.91, 0.93, respectively. <p>The objectives of this research were: (1) To study the factors that affect the identity images of Shenyang Universities. (2) To study the identity image strategies of Shenyang Universities</p> <p>This research was a mixed method research, including quantitative research and qualitative research. This paper implemented a quantitative study on the components of the identity system construction of 19 public universities in Shenyang. The researchers were randomly selected from 19 public universities in Shenyang. The main respondents were managers and teachers with work experience in 19 public universities in Shenyang, as well as junior college students, undergraduate students, master's degree and doctoral students studying in 19 universities, a total of 700 samples. The tools used for data collection were semi-structured interview tables and questionnaire stars. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was used to reduce irrelevant variables. Using the purposive sampling method, 15 key information providers from three public universities in Shenyang (Northeast University, Liaoning University, Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts), The tool used for data collection was a semi-structured interview form. <p>The objectives of this research were: To examine the components of essential skills in Art Design Education in Colleges and Universities under Heilongjiang Province; and to propose the guidelines to cultivate the essential skills in art design education in colleges and universities under Heilongjiang Province. The research was a mixed methodology research, including qualitative research and quantitative research. The population of the research consisted of 45 college administrators and 833 instructors in 11 colleges and universities under Heilongjiang Province, with a total of 878. The sample size was determined by Krejie and Morgan tables (1970), and obtained by stratified random sampling technique, totaling 300. The key informants were composed of 16 key informants, including senior administrators of art and design education in colleges and universities, professors of art design major in colleges and universities, graduates of art design major, head of the personnel department of the art and design-related enterprises, obtained by purposive sampling method. The instruments used for data collection were a semi-structured interview form, a five−point rating scale questionnaire, and a focus group discussion form. The statistics used for the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and Exploratory Factor Analysis, as well as the content analysis was employed.</p> <p> The research findings revealed that: (1) there were eight components of essential skills cultivation in art design education in colleges and universities under Heilongjiang Province which consisted of aesthetic appreciation skills, design thinking skills, creative thinking skills, critical thinking skills, collaborative skills, self-study skills, social skills and comprehensive practical skills; and (2) there were total of 18 guidelines of essential skills cultivation in art design education in colleges and universities under Heilongjiang Province which consisted of three managerial guidelines for component of aesthetic appreciation skills and design thinking skills, two managerial guidelines for component of creative thinking skills, critical thinking skills, collaborative skills, self-study skills, social skills and comprehensive practical skills.</p>Miao Rui, Kamolmal Chaisirithanya, Chuanchom Chinatungkul

<p>The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the administrative factors and components of administration effectiveness of higher art schools in Liaoning province.; 2) to study the administrative factors affecting administration effectiveness of higher art schools in Liaoning province and 3) to study the guidelines for improving the school administration effectiveness of higher art schools in Liaoning province.</p> <p>The research was a mixed methodology research, include qualitative and quantitative reach. The research population included 5443 administrators, teachers and staffs from Higher Art Schools in Liaoning province, which conclude Comprehensive Universities, Professional Colleges and Higher art schools. The sample size was determined by G-Power, obtained by proportional stratified random sampling, totally 407 people. The key informants in the first phase were 7 experts and in the third phase were 9 experts, obtained by purposive sampling. The instruments used for data collection were, document data record sheet, semi-structured interview record, a 5-level rating scale questionnaire and focus group discussion record. The statistics used for data analysis were content analysis and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) as well as descriptive statistics. And to develop the Structural Equation Model (SEM) as well as descriptive statistics. </p> <p>The research found that: (1) There were 5 administrative factors of higher art schools in Liaoning province include; administrators’ effectiveness, organizational communication, educational resources, institution and mechanisms, and teachers’ effectiveness. (2) The most affecting administrative factor was administrators’ effectiveness, the second affecting factor was organizational communication, the last affecting factor was teachers’ effectiveness. The research was mixed methodology design, which were comprised of quantitative and qualitative research. The population of this research was 497 teachers in Guangdong Vocational College of Dance and Drama under Guangdong. The sample total of 285 teachers. Informants for focus group from 7 experts selected by purposive sampling. The statistic for analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The methodology was based on the qualitative research by studying and compiling all information from the documents and research papers relating to the work management according to the dharmic principles. The result indicated that the work management according to the dharmic principles for business persons was driven by the dharmic principles. Any management activity performed were only tool or device to practice mind to insist in Dhamma, to stay in Dhamma, and to aim at Dhamma. Any benefit from the management according to Suttantapitaka was deemed the by-product. <p>This research is a qualitative study that analyzes documents with the objective of examining the development of leadership qualities based on Iddhipada. The research findings indicate that Iddhipada, which leads to success, consists of four components: "Chantā" (aspiration), which includes inspiration, motivation, and a desire to act; "Wiriyā" (exertion), which involves effort, perseverance, resilience, and not giving up easily on tasks; "Jitta" (Thoughtfulness), which encompasses confidence, steadfastness, having a strong mind, and dedicating oneself to the task at hand; and "Wimangsā" (Investingation), which entails using intelligence to carefully consider intentions and actions, being comprehensive, and having the wisdom to improve and develop. These four ethical components can foster the emergence of leadership qualities in individuals who practice them with altruistic intentions. Apart from fostering personal strength and opportunities for success in life, they can serve as exemplary models, inspire others, provide comfort and encouragement to colleagues, and instill hope for success and progress at both individual and organizational levels.</p>Wiset Sangkanjanavanich

<p>The objectives of this research were: (1) To propose of the mediating effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between adminnistrators’ transformational leadership, perceived organizational supported, and teachers’ job performance at the Communication University of Shanxi when the model fit with the empirical data.; and (2) To investigate the factors has direct and indirect effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between adminnistrators’ transformational leadership, perceived organizational supported, and teachers’ job performance at the Communication University of Shanxi.</p> <p>The research was a mixed methodology, including qualitative and quantitative research.The population of the research consisted of 683 who were administrators, staff and full-time teachers of communication university of Shanxi. A proportional stratified random sampling method was used to sample, totaling 363 persons.The instruments used for data collection were a five-level rating scale questionnaire. <p> This research aims to 1) explore guidelines for developing digital marketing public relations media and to transfer this knowledge to the Ban Nong Thiam herbal shampoo business, and 2) enhance digital marketing strategies for herbal shampoo products. This involves creating an engaging Facebook page, crafting appealing slogans, utilizing effective hashtags, and improving product ordering channels through QR Codes linked to Line and Facebook. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods. Data collection included questionnaires and interviews. The quantitative sample consisted of 220 consumers from Bangkok, selected via simple random sampling. Qualitative insights were obtained from 10 key informants through in-depth interviews. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics (percentages, means, and standard deviations) and t-tests for comparisons. The results indicated a high overall satisfaction with the digital marketing efforts, with an average satisfaction score of 4.75. The highest satisfaction was noted for comprehensive content on the Facebook page, scoring 5. Additionally, the study identified that effective public relations media should use modern, engaging platforms like informational web pages and video clips. Key elements of successful public relations media include compelling headings, informative text, relevant illustrations, and clear contact information. <p>The objectives of this research were: (1) to eexamine the components and indicators of cooperation between contemporary art museums and art education in educational institutions under Guangdong Province;(2)to propose the cooperation model between contemporary art museum and art education in educational institutions under Guangdong Province; and (3) to develop guidelines for implementation of cooperation between contemporary art museum and art education in educational institutions under Guangdong Province.</p> <p>The research was a mixed methodology research, including qualitative and quantitative research. The total population of the study was 1081 people, including 18 rated contemporary art museums from Guangdong Province who had participated in art education cooperation projects. They were the staff of contemporary art museums, art education managers, art education teachers, and contemporary art museum directors. The sample size was determined based on the Taro Yamane formula and obtained using stratified random sampling. The final sample size was 301 people. Among them, 8 key informants, namely the director of the contemporary art museum, art education teachers, and art education managers. The tools used for data collection were semi-structured interviews and a five level rating scale questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, were used for statistical data analysis, and content analysis.</p> <p>The research findings revealed that:1.The cooperation model between Guangdong contemporary art museum and art education in educational institutions consisted of 6 components and 24 indicators, including (1) cooperation subjects, (2) social environment, (3) cooperation mechanism, (4) cooperation motivation, (5) construction of cooperation relationship, and (6) impact of cooperation. 2. The cooperation model between Guangdong contemporary art museum and art education in educational institutions was consistent with empirical data, and all data met the prescribed standards. 3. <p>The objectives of this research were: (1) to explore the components of professional competency of students in display design major of colleges and universities under Guangdong Province; and (2) to propose the managerial guidelines for professional competency of students in display design major of colleges and universities under Guangdong Province.</p> <p>The research methodology was mixed methodology, including qualitative research and quantitative research. The population includes managers and lecturers of display design majors in universities affiliated to Guangdong Province, total 1896. The adequate sample size were determined by the table (1970) of Krejcie and Morgan, totaling 337. The key informants were as follows: four entrepreneurs were managers with more than eight years of relevant work experience related to the display design industry, including company founders, general managers, executives and senior managers of design companies; four lecturers were teaching display design for more than five years and have trained more than two graduating students in the profession; four students were required to be within three years of graduation and working in a job related to the display design major, obtained by purposive sampling method. The instruments used for data collection were semi-structured interview form, five-point rating scale questionnaire, and Focus Group Discussion form. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics and Exploratory Factor Analysis as well as content analysis was employed.</p> <p>The research findings revealed that: (1)there were five components on Professional Competency which consisted of Aesthetic, creative and decision-making skills, software operation and construction knowledge, operational and practical skills, art and design basics, corporate training skills; and (2) there were total 19 managerial guidelines on Professional Competency in colleges and universities under Guangdong Province which consisted of four managerial guidelines for component of aesthetic, creative and decision-making skills, five managerial guidelines for software operation and construction knowledge, three managerial guidelines for operational and practical skills, three managerial guidelines for art and design basics, and four managerial guidelines for corporate training skills.</p>Chen Yanyan, Kamolmal Chaisirithanya, Chuanchom Chinatangkul

<p>The purpose of this research was to philosophical hermeneutics to create a new explanation of Metta toward animals. This research was qualitative research using philosophical research methods. Collecting the main information in the document, leads to Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics according to the theory of fusion of horizons according to the reader. The research results found that: 1. The essence of animals has 3 statuses: 1) They are things because there is the view that animals have life but do not have souls; 2) animals have life and have souls, but at a low level; and 3) animals have life and souls like humans.2. The value of animals has three levels: 1) belonging; 2) ownership; and 3) companionship. 3. Metta for animals is an important virtue that humans should practice regularly. There are 2 levels: 1) Being kind to animals in the form of a human-animal (I-It) relationship, focusing on providing care, and giving freedom to animals; and 2) being kind to animals in the form of a I-You relationship, treating animals with respect, friendly to each other and do not harm each other. <p>There were a lot of study about the relationship between ethical leadership and teachers’ commitment, but little was known about how ethical leadership was correlated with different dimensions of job satisfaction of teachers. The objectives of this study were: (1) to find the effect of ethical leadership on organizational commitment, (2) to find the effect of ethical leadership on job satisfaction, (3) to find the mediation effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment, and (4) to find the moderation effect of job stress on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.</p> <p> This study employed a quantitative survey research approach. The population in this study were teachers from five vocational medical colleges in Henan Province, totally 4,210 teachers. A sample of 455 teachers was determined using the G*Power program with a test power of 0.8, utilizing a multi-stage random sampling method. Data collection was conducted through surveys, and data analysis was performed by using some statistical package software. Statistics for data analysis were descriptive statistics, a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).</p> <p> The research findings were; (1) there was a positive effect of ethical leadership on organizational commitment, (2) there was a positive effect of ethical leadership on job satisfaction, (3) There was a positive mediation effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment, and (4) there was a moderation effect of job stress on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in a manner of when teachers’ stress were high, the effect of job satisfaction on commitment were high, meanwhile, when teachers’ stress were low, the effect of job satisfaction on commitment were low as well. </p>Li Pu, Sukhum Moonmuang, Sataporn Pruettikul

<p>The objectives of this research were: (1) To explore the components of fine art instructors' work engagement in universities under Liaoning Province; and (2) To investigate the effects of authentic leadership on instructors' work engagement in universities under Liaoning Province.</p> <p>The research was a mixed methodology research consisting qualitative research and quantitative research. The population of this research consisted of 3284 who were instructors and administrators from fine art major in universities under Liaoning Province.The sample size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan's Table (1970), and obtained by a stratified sampling technique sampling method, totaling 362 samples. The key informants were consisted of nine key informants who were art professionals and teaching staff with many years of teaching and scientific research experience, obtained by purposive sampling method. The instruments used for data collection were a semi-structured interviews form and a five-point scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and Exploratory Factor Analysis as well as the content analysis was employed. It can be seen that in the regression model of this research, authentic leadership predictive instructors' work engagement to a degree of 60.6%.</p> <p>The research findings revealed that: (1) The components of instructors' work engagement in universities under Liaoning province consisted of six components: motivation for instructors to actively participate in work; positive and optimistic spirit reflected in work; instructor's attitude towards work; the act of instructors engrossed in teaching; the work value reflected in art teaching work; instructors ' dedication to the cause of education; and (2) The various dimensions of authentic leadership had effect on instructors' work engagement in universities under Liaoning Province.</p>Wang Haoyu, Kamolmal Chaisirithanya, Chuanchom Chinatangkul

<p>The objective of this article was to analyze the discourse “Doing Good but Good Things Never Happen, Doing Evil but Good Things Happen” according to Kalama Sutta. The methodology was based on the qualitative philosophical approach by studying and compiling the information from Tripitaka, all related documents and research papers. The results showed that: 1. one who believed that “doing good but good things never happen, doing evil but good things happen” interpreted this meaning based on material interest and emotional response; 2. The word “doing good but good things will happen” in the Buddhism philosophy meant the charity, not material interest or emotional response to greed; and 3. “Doing good but good things will happen, doing evil but bad things will happen” was actual. Doing good but good things never happen, doing evil but good things happen was only the emotional discourse when one felt disappointed in his/her material interest and emotional response only.</p>Wiset Sangkanjanavanich

<p>This academic article aims to develop professional MC skills by using activities of LGBTQ students. In this study, the analysis and review of literature was used to present guidelines for developing professional MC skills of LGBTQ students by understanding the characteristics of LGBTQ people who act as MCs. It was found that obstacles and problems include being unable to create a fun and exciting atmosphere, lacking energy, unattractive personality, lacking wit, and inability to solve immediate problems. They do not dare to express themselves. Professional MC skills include language skills and appropriate personality skills.
