การแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมผ่านศิลปะการแสดง กรณีศึกษาโครงการ The Advancement of Culture Residency เพื่อเป็นแนวทางพัฒนาโครงการสร้างสรรค์เชิงวัฒนธรรมในอนาคต

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมผ่านศิลปะในโครงการ The Advancement of Culture Residency ศึกษาความคาดหวัง แรงจูงใจ และพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ และนำข้อมูลไปวิเคราะห์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาโครงการสร้างสรรค์เชิงวัฒนธรรมในอนาคต โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการประจำปี 2024 จำนวน 16 คน จาก 7 ประเทศ ได้แก่ โปแลนด์ เนเธอร์แลนด์ มาเลเซีย อินโดนีเซีย โคลอมเบีย เอกวาดอร์ และไทย งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบกรณีศึกษา (Qualitative Case Study Research) เก็บข้อมูลผ่านการสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ การมีส่วนร่วม การวิเคราะห์ผลงานศิลปะการแสดง การบันทึกสะท้อนความคิด และการสะท้อนความคิดของครูผู้สอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. รูปแบบกิจกรรมที่มีระบำหน้ากากโลซารี (Topeng Losari) เป็นเนื้อหาหลัก มีการแบ่งองค์ความรู้เป็นด้านประวัติศาสตร์อันยาวนานกว่า 400 ปี ต้นกำเนิดของการมีอยู่ของชุมชนแห่งนี้ และเป็นการสร้างความเข้าใจการออกแบบท่าทางในการแสดง 2. ผู้เข้าร่วมมีความคาดหวัง แรงจูงใจ และพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในโครงการนี้ โดยสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดความมุ่งมั่นในตัวเอง ได้แก่ ความต้องการมีอิสระในการเลือกใช้ชีวิต ต้องการมีความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น ซึ่งเป็นธรรมชาติของมนุษย์ทั่วไป และความต้องการมีความรู้สึกประสบความสำเร็จ อันเป็นตัวกระตุ้นความใฝ่เรียนรู้ ความภูมิใจที่รู้สึกว่าตนเองมีความสามารถ 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการในลักษณะนี้ ต้องคำนึงถึงการจัดการเรียนรู้ศิลปะการแสดงร่วมกับแนวทางการใช้สถานที่เป็นฐาน เพราะต้องอาศัยความพร้อมของชุมชนนั้น ๆ ตลอดจนต้องเข้าใจบริบทของผู้เข้าร่วมที่มีความหลายหลาย ทั้งภาษา ความเชื่อ วัฒนธรรม ดังนั้น การแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมผ่านศิลปะการแสดง กรณีศึกษาโครงการ The Advancement of Culture Residency นี้คือพื้นที่ปลอดภัยในการสำรวจตัวตน สร้างตัวตน และสร้างความเข้าใจต่อผู้คนในสังคม และเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งที่สำคัญในการสร้างสำนึกทางวัฒนธรรมของคนภายในและภายนอกชุมชน

               The objective of this research is to investigate the model of cultural exchange activities through art within the Advancement of Culture Residency program. It examines the expectations, motivations, and participatory behaviors of the program's participants, and it analyzes the results to suggest future development strategies for creative cultural initiatives. The sample group consists of 16 participants from the 2024 cohort, who represent seven countries: Poland, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Indonesia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Thailand. This investigation implements a qualitative case study methodology, which involves observation, interviews, participant engagement, performing art analysis, reflective journaling, and reflections from instructors. The primary discoveries are as follows: The Losari Mask Dance (Topeng Losari) is the focus of the primary activity. All participants must learn the history before engaging in the dance movements. This distinction is because the 400-year history functions as both the foundational explanation for the choreography that has been passed down through generations and the origin of the local community. Participants demonstrate engagement behaviors, motivations, and expectations that are consistent with the principles of self-determination theory. These include the innate human trait of the desire for autonomy in life choices, the pursuit of a sense of achievement, which fuels the drive to learn and develops self-pride in one's competence, and the need to form social connections. It is imperative to incorporate performance arts with place-based learning to facilitate the future development of such programs, considering the host community's preparedness and the diverse contexts of participants, such as language, beliefs, and cultural backgrounds. Consequently, the cultural exchange through performance arts in the context of The Advancement of Culture Residency provides a secure environment for the cultivation of social understanding, self-expression, and identity exploration. It is a significant method for fostering cultural awareness among both members of a community and those who are outsiders.
