Skills of Professional Accountants in Nakhonsawan Province

Abstract

This study on the Skills of Professional Accountants in Nakhonsawan Province. The purpose of this study were to determine: 1. To study personal factors of Accountants in Nakhonsawan Province. 2. To study the opinion level on the Skills of Professional Accountants in Nakhonsawan Province. And 3. To study the differences between personal factors and Skills of Professional Accountants in Nakhonsawan Province. and The sample population consisted of 400 personal factors of Accountants in Nakhonsawan Province., using nonprobability sampling technique that a researcher uses to choose a sample of purposive sampling method. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA.

The result of the study has found that, 1. the sample population consisted most respondents were female, age 31-40 years old, bachelor degree, and have 1-5 years of accounting experience. and found that: 2. The level of the Skills of Professional Accountants in Nakhonsawan Province. was at a highest level                 (  = 4.36), sorted as follows: Interpersonal and Communication Skills (  = 4.41) Personal Character Skills (  = 4.38) Organizational and Business Management Skills (  = 4.37) Intellectual Skills (  = 4.36) and practical academic skills and job duties (  = 4.28), respectively. 3.The differences between personal factors and opinions about the Skills of Professional Accountants in Nakhonsawan Province.  It was found that the sample group with different age, education level and accounting experience. in using accounting information systems Different opinions about the Skills of Professional Accountants in Nakhonsawan Province.
