While positive outcomes such as economic growth have been observed, negative consequences such as economic and social inequality have also emerged. These issues have affected the quality of life for people in the administrative area of Bua Daeng Subdistrict, Pathumrat District, Roi Et Province, leading to deeply rooted poverty driven by a free-market economy and structural limitations. This research aimed to: 1) examine the integration of Buddhist principles based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy into the daily lives of local residents; 2) compare the integration of these principles across personal factors; and 3) provide recommendations for applying these principles. Quantitative methods were employed with a sample of 354 participants. Data were collected using a questionnaire with content validity ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.90. Statistical analysis was performed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-tests, and F-tests.

The results revealed that: 1) The overall integration of Buddhist principles based on the sufficiency economy philosophy in daily life was at a high level (= 4.26, S.D. = 0.70). 2) Comparison by personal factors such as gender, education, occupation, and income showed no overall differences; however, age revealed statistically significant differences in overall integration and ethical conditions at the .05 level. And 3) Recommendations include maintaining moderation, avoiding excessive actions that harm oneself or others, making reasonable decisions regarding sufficiency levels, and fostering alignment with sufficiency economy principles. Applying these recommendations supports personal potential, aligns life practices with sufficiency economy philosophy, and promotes long-term sustainable and balanced quality of life.
Yosphat Pakokthoms Phra Khru Chairattanakorn Theeraphat Thinsandee Copyright (c) 2025 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 416 428 A Model for Solving Thai Spelling Errors Among Fourth-Grade Students Using Word-Pattern Writing Exercises: A Case Study of Ban Samran School Samran Subdistrict Mueang District, Yasothon Province https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rtnb/article/view/7485
The objective of this research was to develop a remedial model for improving Thai word spelling among Grade 4 students through the use of spelling practice exercises based on Thai orthographic rules. The study was conducted as a case study at Ban Samran School, Samran Sub-district, Mueang District, Yasothon Province. A quasi-experimental research design was employed, with the sample divided into two groups: an experimental group (n = 7), which received instruction using the developed spelling exercises, and a control group (n = 7), which received conventional instruction. The research instruments included a set of spelling exercises, pre- and post-tests, and a student attitude questionnaire toward spelling instruction. Data were analyzed using mean scores, standard deviation, and the E1/E2 efficiency index.

The findings revealed that the students in the experimental group demonstrated statistically significant improvement in their spelling accuracy at the .05 level compared to the control group. The efficiency values of the developed instructional set were E1 = 82.34 and E2 = 84.50. Moreover, students in the experimental group exhibited more positive attitudes toward spelling instruction, showing greater interest and enthusiasm in practice. These results suggest that the developed spelling exercises are an effective supplementary tool for enhancing Thai writing skills among primary school students and can be adapted for use in other Thai language teaching contexts.
Jitkanya Sriphunga Jittranoot Sriphunga Attachai Sudbonid Worachet Tho-un Copyright (c) 2025 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 429 442 The Influence of Accounting Management Capabilities on the Success of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Northeastern Thailand https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rtnb/article/view/6570
This study aimed to 1) analyze the relationship between accounting management capabilities and the success of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Northeastern Thailand; 2) examine the influence of accounting management capabilities on the success of SMEs in Northeastern Thailand; and 3) investigate the causal relationships of factors influencing the success of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Northeastern Thailand. Throughout his administration, the Thai economy faced many significant changes, which were caused by both internal and external factors. The government at that time set guidelines and measures to solve the problems and develop the economic structure to be competitive at the international level. The government established the Economic Cabinet to find solutions. The important measures were: developing the capital market to support investment, promoting the export of other products to reduce dependence on agricultural products, calculating the factor table to refund export taxes, expanding long-term loans for the agricultural sector, and negotiating loan projects to improve the economic structure. In addition, the government implemented a policy to adjust the oil tax structure to support the floating oil price system, which helped reduce the volatility of domestic energy prices. In addition to solving immediate economic problems, the government also focused on changing the country's economic structure from relying primarily on the agricultural sector to an economy driven more by the industrial sector. The development guidelines during that time resulted in an increase in the proportion of income from exports of industrial products, focusing on promoting industrial exports and foreign investment. This was an important turning point that helped build the foundation for the Thai economy to grow towards significant economic changes in the long term, enabling Thailand to enter the world economic system with stability and compete on the international stage.
Kanyaphat Khunarsa Yupaporn Yupas Copyright (c) 2025 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 467 475 Professional Competency Development for Teachers https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rtnb/article/view/6428
The quality of education is significantly influenced by the academic competency of teachers. Collects data from secondary sources, such as books, news websites, and online media. The election for the mayor of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization and its members was held on Saturday, February 1, 2025. The focus is on analyzing the lessons learned for the Pheu Thai Party and the People’s Party, both of which were popular at the time. The authors analyze the situation based on the real context of the events that occurred and proposes for studying election situation reveals that it reflects the principles of democratic political systems, as it provided an opportunity for citizens to choose their leaders, thereby allowing the exercise of their rights under the principle of decentralization of power. And three main findings were discovered after the election results were known: 1) The issue of campaign strategies, 2) Lessons learned by political parties and the public, and 3) The politics of powerful local families, among others.

The study found that, it was found that the first issue, the campaign strategies of the two political parties, differed in terms of their familiarity with the public. As a new political party, this made their popularity ratings differ, yet both still enjoyed widespread support from the public. Issue is the lesson from the public, reflecting that elections in provinces should allow citizens to vote at any location, especially for those living away from their hometowns who cannot travel back. As for the political parties, the lesson from political parties reflects the competition in creating achievements that are recognized by the public, through the presentation of policies that cater to all segments of society, whether from established or newer political parties, in order to maintain popularity across all eras. The final issue that warrants attention is the role of local politics, which plays a significant influence in determining election results and the decision-making process in selecting leaders. Politics in the form of local political dynasties or bloodline politics plays a role in supporting political candidates' campaigns. Local politics directly impacts the lives of citizens and serves as an essential starting point for the expression of fundamental civil rights, enabling citizens to choose leaders capable of strengthening and developing local communities sustainably.
Nippeach Krueangsanuk Ploypatcha Kowsuwankit Jakkraparn Limungkur Nattaporn Intagun Copyright (c) 2025 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 519 529 Guidelines for Promoting the New Normal Professional Learning Communities in School https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rtnb/article/view/6505
This academic article aims to explore the guidelines for promoting professional learning communities (PLCs) in the context of the new normal within educational institutions. To achieve the organization's goals the main aim is to make the work achieve the organization's objectives efficiently and always evolving and there are many theories about personnel management. In this article, Maslow's theory of the hierarchy of needs has been presented. There are 5 stages: 1) Physical needs, such as the four essential needs. sexual desire, etc. 2) Needs for safety and security, such as being protected taking care when sick and stable work 3) Social needs participation and acceptance by society 4) The need for respect from others. and the need for self-acceptance and esteem. 5) The need for maximum self-achievement It is the need to develop oneself according to one's highest potential. That is, when the final destination is reached, there will be further goals according to one's potential. As for personnel management according to the 4 Brahmavihāra principles in educational institutions, educational institution administrators can apply the 4 Brahmavihāra principles, namely kindness, compassion, mutita, and upekkha, namely: 1) Applying kindness in personnel management. 2) Adopting kindness in personnel management, 3) Adopting mudita in personnel management, and 4) Adopting equanimity in personnel management, such as conflict management. You should listen to all sides objectively. When there is a problem or conflict executives who use equanimity are able to carefully consider the facts. The author examined relevant concepts, theories, and research documents and conducted an analysis and synthesis of the components. The study found that organizational change management consists of four key components or stages. 1) Understanding the Organizational Context – This initial stage involves appointing a change management committee to implement organizational change policies. It includes an assessment of the current state of overall management and hierarchical administration to identify gaps between customer expectations and actual management practices. Based on this assessment, plans are formulated to facilitate organizational change. 2) Unfreezing Existing Behaviors – This stage requires a delicate balance of science and art in implementing change according to the organization's context in an appropriate manner. 3) Implementing Change – This phase involves introducing and integrating the new operational changes at the organizational, departmental, and unit levels. Representatives from each unit participate in the process, with strong support from senior management. And 4) Reinforcing New Behaviors – This final stage ensures monitoring and control to solidify behavioral changes among employees. It involves evaluating the outcomes of the new working approach at various levels of the organization to establish these changes as the new normal. The knowledge gained from this study can be utilized by both public and private sector organizations in formulating policies and defining the qualifications of the change management committee. This will help ensure that organizational changes align with the organization's objectives and goals while meeting the needs of the public effectively.
Phaschanokphan Anuchatchai Anan Thamchalai Natthaphan Dukhueng Natthaphan Dukhueng Namphung Plabnil Copyright (c) 2025 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 582 593 Success Factors of Academic Management in Basic Education Schools https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rtnb/article/view/6731
This academic article presented content related to the meaning, significance, and objectives of academic administration in basic educational institutions, as well as the factors contributing to the success of academic administration. However, within this context, Singapore was also required to host a major international sporting event in the Southeast Asian region - the 1973 Southeast Asian Games - which was Singapore's first time hosting an international sporting event. The article titled “Singapore and Hosting the 1973 SEAP Games: Representing the Image of a Nation in Unity, Development and International Standards”, which uses a historical methodology, aims to examine how the Singaporean government, which did not prioritize sports activities, organized the international sporting event. And seeks to explore how Singapore government used its role as the host of the Southeast Asian Games to present the country's image. The study found that even though the leaders of the Singapore government at that time did not give much importance to sports-related activities in the country but when Singapore had the opportunity to organize the 1973 SEA Games, an important international sporting event, the Singaporean government invested a vast amount of money and attention into organizing the Games, using the event as a platform to present Singapore's image as a newly independent nation with unity, rapid national development, and access to international standards on par with developed nations. Drawing on the research of Phra Khru Pariyattisuttikhun Suttajitto and other scholars, it was found that the funeral welfare model in Roi Et Province aligns with Buddhist principles. The model is based on three key approaches: giving for mutual benefit, alleviating suffering through the practice of Dhamma, and fostering unity through sharing. The implementation framework includes establishing transparent welfare funds with temples serving as central hubs, governance based on principles of good ethics and Buddhist teachings, encouraging community participation, and building collaborative networks. Additionally, the article proposes the application of the CARE model, which encompasses Compassionate Giving, Attentive Communication, Responsibility and Selflessness, and Equanimity and Fairness. This raises questions for local administrative organizations as to whether they are ready to cope with the changes. Therefore, information was collected from documents, books, textbooks, related research, and various online media by reviewing the literature related to local financial management, problems and obstacles in local financial management and concepts in local financial management in Japan to find trends in local financial management in Thailand

Summary of the findings on the future trends of local financial management in Thailand according to our viewpoint include: 1) Thailand should have the concept and has a clear aim to decentralize power to local areas in a concrete manner by promoting and supporting self-government. 2) Thailand should promote income development for local administrative organizations by linking with the central government This is because the central government is the policy maker and transfers missions and duties to local administrative organizations. The transferred policy must emphasize serious income development. 3) Thailand should promote relations between the central government and local governments. Separation means that the central government will not interfere with the missions of local governments. Suggestions for local government organizations: 1) Information technology systems should be used in operations as much as possible. By applying artificial intelligence (AI) in fiscal management for the accuracy of the information. 2) Human resource management systems related to fiscal operations should be developed. that is ready in terms of personnel both in quantity and quality.
Jakkraparn Limmangkur Copyright (c) 2025 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 7 1 629 642
