In some countries in Southeast Asia, such as Thailand and Vietnam, their religious culture, dress culture and dance art have a close relationship. Strong religious culture runs through the dance music, style characteristics and dance vocabulary. By studying the dance of the Futai nationality in Sakong Nakhon Prefecture, Thailand, I found that there are performers wearing nails while dancing. In China, there are many kinds and forms of Dai dance, and the Dai Changjia dance is the most distinctive one. It is the main part of religious art study to study the dance art of Southeast Asia through the fusion creation of dances of different cultures of China and Thailand. The study on the dance culture of Futai Jiancha dance of Thailand and Dai Changjia dance of China is conducive to the exchange and dissemination of dance culture. With the development of tourism in China and ASEAN countries, most scenic spots have integrated Thai dance culture into their tourism culture. However, the current research on ASEAN dance is relatively weak, especially the research on Changjia dance, which lacks innovation and development. I will create more novel works through the integration and creation of Futai dance in Thailand and Dai Changjia dance in China. To spread the culture of Chinese and Thai Changka dance, and at the same time, the integrated Changka dance will be arranged into a cultural performance program, which will be performed regularly in tourist attractions, cultural centers or theaters to promote the development of tourism. Taking the “Changjia Dance” of Fu Tai nationality and Dai nationality of China and Thailand as an example, we will study the differences and similarities between the two and carry out the fusion creation. This research will help the development and promotion of dance culture, spread the dance culture of "Changjia dance" of China and Thailand, and better inherit and develop folk dance culture.
Xiao Ting Ting Manusak Reangdet Chawalit Atipattayakul Copyright (c) 2024 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2024-08-30 2024-08-30 6 2 564 574 “Three Curves” of Dai Dance: Research on the Expression Inspired by Nature https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rtnb/article/view/5116
Traditional ethnic folk dance is a shining pearl in the treasure house of Chinese dance art. It is based on regional national culture and uses unique artistic expressions to show the vitality and wisdom of China's various ethnic groups. This dance form is not only a carrier of artistic expression, but also an important way of presenting regional ethnic culture. With its unique art form, it vividly reflects the customs and traditions of various ethnic groups in China, becoming a bridge for cultural exchanges and enhancing the bond of mutual understanding between ethnic groups. "Three Curves" is a very representative dance posture in Chinese Dai dance. This unique movement shape originates from the Dai people's observation and experience of nature, life, and labor, and embodies the wisdom of Chinese dance art. It means that every part of the entire body is shaped into "Three Curves" in an extremely "twisted" state during dance movements. The first curve is reflected in the dancer's head and chest, the second curve is in the waist, and the third curve is manifested in the hips and legs. The use of three curves gives the dance a unique charm and style, making Dai dance present a rich and diverse artistic form. This not only shows the elegant temperament of the dancers, but also reveals the profound cultural connotation of Chinese national dance. This article is based on the composition of the "Three Curves" in Dai dance. It conducts an in-depth study of the historical origins, natural causes, and artistic expressions of the "three-curve" posture of the Dai people, to better understand the evolution of traditional national dance and its cultural connotations. Thus create through learning, provide new ideas for traditional dance, promote the inheritance of traditional art and innovation that keeps pace with the times, let more people understand and appreciate this thousand-year-old artistic treasure, and jointly inherit the excellence of the culture of different Chinese ethnic groups.
Wang Yi Fan Manusak Reangdet Chawalit Atipattayakul Copyright (c) 2024 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2024-08-30 2024-08-30 6 2 575 582 A Study of Instinct and Spiritual Connection in Buddhism https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rtnb/article/view/4761
This research paper examines instinct and spiritual connection in Buddhism. It is concerned with the investigation of instinct and spiritual connections in Buddhism. It is part of the religious symbols that play an important role in the Buddhist faith, affecting changes in attitudes and goals, including ways of life. The preliminary study begins with the study of the meaning of intuition and spirituality from the Buddhist perspective.

This study found Intuition is an intrinsic impulse. It can be called the inspiration or driving force of different individuals. according to personal character, but fundamentally, humans have similar basic instincts. and has a shared sense of humanity that is unique. Attempting to elevate from intuition to spiritual development processes, human beings differentiate from animals by using their intellect. Ponder with reason. It has to do with spirituality, which is awareness of the reality that arises within a person's mind. The process of spiritual development and elevation that Buddhism presents through the process of dharma practice, in which the phenomena that occur are personal religious experiences, occurs when human beings can connect with the spirit within, leading to success, that is, being able to add happiness to life. Because Humans are able to understand the value of life and find the truth in life in the right way. This is the development of the mind that promotes morality and wisdom in living so that one can live in society happily.
Phramaha Thongkeb Yanapalo Copyright (c) 2024 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2024-08-30 2024-08-30 6 2 583 600 Applying Figurative Tools to Seek Romanticism in American Lyrics https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rtnb/article/view/4685
Semantics is an important linguistic branch for the system of communication. However, the meaning in figurative language cannot be always checked from dictionaries. The receivers need experiences and undertraining of the target culture to understand figurative language. The objective of this study is to examine figurative language in American love songs. As a pilot study, the data collection in this study is from American singers, Arina Grande, Post Malone and Talor Swift, whose songs were written with the theme of romanticism. Grande’s two successful albums, Position and Thank U, Next were gathered to examine figurative language. Malone’s songs come from his Hollywood’s Bleeding album. There were 119 extracted tokens of figurative language in this study. The data analysis of figurative language in this study follows Closton. The results in this study show that the frequent use of figurative devices in love songs are metaphor. For women, love relates to materialistic entities, such as Christian Louboutin shoes. The discussion in this study shows that love is abstract and women want to hear how much the men love them. Saying I love you is not as emotionally as saying that you are Chistian Louboutin high heels or Ferrari. The researcher expected that the results of this study will be useful for learners of English as a Foreign Language in order to use figurative language appropriately.
Abhinan Wongkittiporn Copyright (c) 2024 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2024-08-30 2024-08-30 6 2 601 611 Everyday Learning: Understanding Informal Learning in Real-life Contexts https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rtnb/article/view/4735
Informal education has a long history. These platforms, such as Facebook, Line, Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok, offer easy access, cost-effectiveness, convenience, and speed. They enable the presentation of messages, images, videos, and graphics, effectively creating awareness and understanding. Moreover, they expand public spaces for commenting, increasing citizen engagement in politics. This has given rise to a culture of digital politics, leading to heightened online political competition through social media. In essence, political parties that communicate their policies via social media in a modern, interesting manner that aligns with the target audience’s needs can attract more public interest and followers. This increases their chances of being elected. A notable example is the marketing communication strategies of the Future Forward Party, which aimed to shape young people's attitudes towards politics in a new, modern perspective. They focused on branding, maintaining commitments (Brand Commitment), creating unique party features (Brand Differentiation), clear target segmentation, key messaging aligned with the audience’s needs, and events that foster strong connections between the party and the public. This approach led to viral popularity, widespread sharing of information, and a well-defined personal brand of the party leader, which contributed to the party's success and public support.
Papatsara Promma Waiphot Kulachai Copyright (c) 2024 RATANABUTH JOURNAL https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ 2024-08-30 2024-08-30 6 2 680 697 Leadership at the Helm: Evaluating the Evolution and Impact of Political Leadership in Modern Governance https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rtnb/article/view/5272
This article interrogates the dynamic evolution of political leadership, scrutinizing the transformative impact exerted by both historical and contemporary figures upon global political landscapes.
