Guidelines for Increase Mobile Phone Sales While Opening New Numbers : Case Study of Bangkok

The purpose of this study was to study ways to increase mobile phone sales while opening
new numbers. It is a research based on mixed problems. There is a questionnaire as a tool to
collect data from the population in Bangkok aged 18-60 years because they can request to open
a new number and 385 mobile phone users. The results of the study found that brand image and
marketing mix factors affects the decision to choose a telephone network operator at 0.05 level
of statistical significance. Therefore, the solution to the problem is to create brand awareness of
mobile phone sales and open a new number of ABC Telecom Company Limited (a fictitious
name), which is an alternative approach that uses less budget than issuing promotions by reducing
prices. While using the same amount of time and can create satisfaction for consumers.
