Satisfaction of Students toward Airline Ticketing and Reservation Course in the Online under Sripatum University Chonburi Campus

The objectives of this research were to study and compare students’ satisfaction toward airline ticketing and reservation course in the online under Sripatum university Chonburi campus. The population for this research were 23 peoples of students in Sripatum university Chonburi campus who enroll in the airline ticketing and reservation course. The research tool was the questionnaire. The data received were analyzed with frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, alpha coefficient and t-test.
The results of the study on the satisfaction of students toward airline ticketing and reservation course in the online under Sripatum university Chonburi campus showed that the learning and teaching management system, academic, teacher and student at a more level. In terms of the results of the hypothetical testing, the respondents who were from different gender and college years were different in airline ticketing and reservation course in the online satisfaction at no statistically significant level of 0.05.
