The The Covid-19 crisis and the adaptive behavior of passengers

The objectives of this research were to study and compare the passenger adaptive behaviors who used the airline services during the COVID-19 outbreak. The sample group in this study were 400 passengers in Chonburi province by a multi-stage random sampling method. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire and the statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test and One-Way ANOVA.
The results showed that: Overall the adaptive behavior of aircraft passengers in the area of Chonburi province was at a high level of average value. Considering each aspect order from the highest mean to the lowest mean were: While using the service, the average was at the highest level. Following by the period before using the service was at a high average and after using the service, the average was at a high level, respectively.
In addition, the results of the comparison of adaptation behavior found that passengers in the area of Chonburi province who had different of gender and levels of education had adaptive behaviors of aircraft passengers in Chonburi province was no different. While passengers in the Chonburi area had different ages, occupation and average monthly income had an adaptive behavior of the passengers of the aircraft in the area of Chonburi province was a statistically significant difference at .05 level.
