Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze leadership factors under the concept of Sustainable Leadership after the pandemic The COVID-19 pandemic affects Employee satisfaction and organizational success perceived by industry groups The research was quantitative and collected through an online questionnaire from a total of 160 respondents. A total of 30 people, 49 middle management and 81 general employees conducted multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that statistically significant factors affecting employee satisfaction at the level of 0.05 were organizational engagement, corporate culture, and employee value, respectively. Factors affecting the organization's success that were statistically significantly perceived at the level of 0.05 were innovation, ethics, quality of work, and vision communication, respectively.
