Study of and Guidelines for the Development of General administration in Primary under the Local Administration Organization in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Abstract

The research aimed to study 1) General administration of elementary school 2) Guidelines for the development of administration of elementary school under the Local Administration Organization in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.  The sample were administrators and teachers 113 person in 12 Primary Schools under the Local Administration Organization in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province by Krejcie and Morgan’size table and simple random sampling for select the respondents. The instrument used in this research was a five-level rating scales questionnaires with an alpha reliability of 0.94. The statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.


The research results were as follows: 1) general administration of elementary school was overall at a high level.  When classification were finding that: The side with the highest average were terms of having a school committee, follow by budget and building, The administration and business , The public relation , The technology information networks,  and The side with the lowest average was the information network technology, and 2) guidelines for the development of administration of elementary school under the Local Administration Organization in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province were  1) There was the determining the scope of administrative work to be clear and concrete 2) There was the defining a clear ICT vision to put into practice 3) There was the annual action plan in line with the 5-year strategic plan 4) The policy formulation and plan the project in accordance with the policy and goals of the school by preparing a development plan / action plan / project , and  5) There was a clear appointment of school committees.
