Innovative leadership of Wardour Studios Academy Administrators, Haikou University of Economics

Abstract
This research aimed 1) to study the level of innovative leadership of Wardour Studios Academy administrators, Haikou University of Economics, and 2) to compare the innovative leadership of Wardour Studios Academy administrators, Haikou University of Economics, classified by personal status including gender, age, education level and work experience. The sample consisted of 32 administrators and lecturers using stratified sampling. The instrument for data collection was a set of 5-rating scale questionnaires concentrating on innovative leadership of Wardour Studios Academy administrators with a validity (IOC values) between 0.67-1.0 and a reliability value of .93. The statistics used percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA and LSD.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) the level of innovative leadership of Wardour Studios Academy administrators, Haikou University of Economics was at a high level in overall, and particular aspects, ranking from the highest to the lowest mean: Vision innovation, followed by the creation of an innovation network, Innovation and creativity and Creating an innovative environment properly, and 2) opinions of administrators and lecturers on innovative leadership of Wardour Studios Academy administrators, classified by gender, age, work experience and educational level were not statistical significantly in overall, and particular aspects.
