Promoting the Instruction Management of Dance Teachers in Nanhai Conservatory of Music Haikou University of Economics in the Digital Era

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study Promoting the Learning Management of Dance Teachers, and  2)  to compare opinions on Promoting the Learning Management of Dance Teachers were classified by gender, age, education level, teaching experience, and positions. The sample consisted of 48 teachers in Nanhai Conservatory of Music. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a validity (IOC values) = .67-1.00 and a reliability value of .87. The data were statistically analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and LSD.


            The results of the research were as follows: 1) Promoting the Learning Management of Dance Teachers in Nanhai Conservatory of Music Haikou University of Economics in the Digital Era was at a high level, and in particular aspect of Determining a work plan was at the highest mean, followed by Measuring and monitoring, Processing activities, and Using the multimedia technology respectively, and 2) the opinions of teachers on Promoting the Learning Management of Dance Teachers in Nanhai Conservatory of Music Haikou University of Economics in the Digital Era, classified by gender, education level, teaching experience, and positions were not different in overall. Excepting the opinions of teachers, were classified by age were statistically significant at the .05 level of significance.
