Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study Dean Leadership of Haikou University of Economics and 2) to compare the opinions of teachers on Dean Leadership of Haikou University of Economics classified by gender, education level, academic position and work experience. The sample group consisted of 226 teachers under Haikou University of Economics, and randomly selected by stratify random sampling and simple random sampling. The research instrument was 5- rating scale questionnaire with an IOC validity level of 0.67-1.00 and reliability at 0.97.The data were statistically analyzed by using Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, One –way ANOVA
The summary of the findings were as follows: 1) Dean Leadership of Haikou University of Economics, overall was rated at a moderate level, in order by mean of highest level were Telling, Delegating, Selling and Participating, and 2) Comparison of Dean Leadership of Haikou University of Economics, Classify by Gender, Education level, Academic Position and Work Experience were considered statistically significant at .01 level.
