Promoting the use of Electric Vehicles (EV) is one of the approaches that many countries are taking towards achieving Carbon Neutrality and reduce the severity of the Climate Change Crisis. For Thailand, have been taken to solve the problem of Climate Change continuously including the announcement of the intention that Thailand will aim for Carbon Neutrality by 2050 and Net Zero Emissions (Net Zero) by 2065. Promotion of Thailand's EV Industry is divided into 3 phases, which has been in operation since 2021, but most of campaign are still emphasis on the target group of general vehicle users sector, most of them use vehicles only to travel between their residences and their workplaces. While the public transportation sector, transportation sector for production and industries that are always on the move and is a group that emits more greenhouse gases yet relatively little concrete action has been taken. Therefore, this article aims to study the success factors in achieving Carbon Neutrality, Promoting the use of EV both at the international level and national level. The author has studied and synthesized documents related to measures to reduce the impacts of Global Climate Change. Including measures to promote the use of EV. Which can be summarized as 2 success factors. Consisting of 1) Government Policy, more than announcement of intent to achieve carbon neutrality, promoting the EV industry and motivating the use of EV through marketing mechanisms. Government must expand results by setting goals, target group and a clear action plan. Awareness is being created among various groups related to achieving carbon neutrality. Awareness is created about the advantages and limitations on the use of EV. Support measures and encourage the target group to decide to change their behavior and willing to cooperate Including considering legal measures that will be used to control the amount of greenhouse gas emissions. 2) Public Sector Cooperation should follow government information, policies, and guidelines. Have awareness to help reduce the amount of greenhouse gas emissions, change lifestyle, participate in promoting and use EV and Create additional value through carbon credit trading with voluntarily.
