The purposes of this research were to study 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3,
2) the organizational commitment of teachers under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3, and 3) the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the organizational commitment of teachers under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3. The samples used in this research were 288 teachers under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 by using a Krejcie and Morgan table. The instrument was used as a 5-rating scale questionnaire with the reliability value of .97. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.


           The results of the research were found that: 1) Transformational leadership of school administrators in overall were at a high level ,when considering each aspect , ranking the highest to the lowest: Inspirational motivation, followed by Charisma, Intellectual Stimulation and Individualized Consideration, 2) Organization Commitment of teachers in overall, It was at a high level When considering each aspect were at a high level, ranking from the highest to the lowest mean : Willingness to devote their best efforts for the benefit of the organization, followed by the confidence and acceptance of the goals and values of the organization, and the need to maintain organizational membership , and 3) the relationship between the transformational leadership of the school administrators and the teachers' organizational commitment under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in overall was the positive correlation at a high level with a statistical significance at .01 level.
