โครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจของกรีซ ก่อนและหลังวิกฤตการณ์การเงินโลก

บทคัดย่อ
วิกฤตการณ์การเงินเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 2007-2008 ส่งผลกระทบต่อโครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจของกรีซ ต่อความผันผวนทางการเงิน อัตราเงินเฟ้อ และการจัดการงบประมาณการคลัง บทความชิ้นนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำความเข้าใจการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจก่อนและหลังว่ามีการเปลี่ยนแปลงวิกฤตการณ์การเงินเพื่อทำความเข้าใจความแตกต่างดังกล่าว และได้ใช้กรอบแนวคิดเศรษฐศาสตร์เชิงโครงสร้างใหม่ (New Structural Economics) และทฤษฎีการพึ่งพา (Dependency Theory) เพื่อทำความเข้าใจโครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจของกรีซ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ก่อนวิกฤตการณ์การเงินโลก โครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจรัฐบาลได้ใช้นโยบายประชานิยม ขาดความครอบคลุมทางการเงินจากระบบภาษี และในส่วนของหลังวิกฤตการณ์ได้มีการปรับปรุงงบประมาณการคลังจากข้อกำหนดแผนความช่วยเหลือจากสถาบันการเงินระหว่างประเทศ รายจ่ายของภาครัฐลดลงมีการจัดเก็บภาษีมากขึ้น สรุปได้ว่าโครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจถูกกำหนดจากปัจจัยภายนอก จากความซับซ้อนของระบบการเงินสมัยใหม่
