The relationship of quality academic management with learners of teachers at Bangchak School (Nak Phuean Uppatham) Phra Khanong District Office Bangkok

Abstract

This research The objectives are to 1) study the level of academic administration 2) study the level of learner quality 3) study the relationship of academic administration that affects the quality of learners of Bangchak School teachers. (Nak Phuean Uppatham) Phra Khanong District Office Bangkok The population this time is 31 teachers. The tool used was a questionnaire. data analysis Finding Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation and find the relationship by using the Pearson correlation coefficient.by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient. The research results found that Most of the respondents were female, 21 people with bachelor's degree, 27 people, 20 people with less than 11 years of teaching experience.1) The overall academic administration was at a moderate level. When classified by aspect, it was found that the number 1 aspect was the development of educational institution curriculum, followed by the aspect of measurement, evaluation and transfer of academic results. and the last rank is The development of quality assurance systems within educational institutions2) The quality of learners was at a high level. When considering individually, it was found that the first rank was learners' good health and aesthetics, followed by learners' morality, ethics and desirable values. And the last rank is the learner's ability to think systematically and creatively. Decide to solve problems consciously and rationally.3) The relationship of academic administration that affects the quality of learners of Bangchak School teachers.
