THE PARTICIPATION ON SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION BY THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE COMMITTEE AND PARENTS AT BANBUENGYA SCHOOL, KRIRIMAT DISTRICT, SUKHOTHAI PROVINCE

The objectives of this study are to discover the levels of participation on school administration and to present the results of the study to the school administrators for creating the development plan of school administration. The study scopes are academic administration, financial administration, personnel administration, and general administration. The data were classified by personal factors including gender, age, and educational background. The participants of this study were 45 Primary Educational Service Committee and parents at Banbuengya School, Kririmat District, Sukhothai Province. A set of questionnaire was employed as the instrument of this study. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study were found that the majority of the participants were men, aged 41-50 years old, and graduated lower than bachelor’s degree. The overall level of participation on school administration by the Primary Educational Service Committee and parents at Banbuengya School, Kririmat District, Sukhothai Province, was found high. The first part was general administration, followed by personnel administration, academic administration, and financial administration
