SATISFACTION IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF TEACHERS AT PANTHAINORASINGWITTHAYA SCHOOL MUANG DISTRICT SAMUT SAKHON PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the level of satisfaction in the administration of teachers. as a guideline for improvement Sesame administration of teachers at Phanthai Norasing Wittaya School, Muang District, Samut Sakhon Province Study in the scope of content in 4 areas, namely academic work budget Personnel and general administration Classified by personal factors such as gender, age, education level. and average monthly income.The population used in the study consisted of 27 teachers of Phanthainorasingwittaya School, Muang District, Samut Sakhon Province. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study found that most of the respondents were female, 20 people under 30 years old, 15 people with bachelor's degree, 22 people, and average monthly income of 10,000 - 20,000 baht, 20 people.Satisfaction in the administration of teachers at Pantai Norasing Wittaya School, Muang District, Samut Sakhon Province Overall, it's at a high level. When classified by aspects at a high level in all aspects, it was found that the aspect that was in the high level ranked first was general management, followed by personnel. academic work And the last place is budget work.
