THE RELATIONSHIP OF GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS TO STUDENT AFFAIRS OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL AT WAT SAPHANG SCHOOL KAMPHAENG SAEN DISTRICT NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of general management decision-making 2) to study the level of student affairs and 3) To study the relationship of general administrative decision making and student affairs work of educational personnel at Wat Saphang School. Kamphaeng Saen District Nakhon Pathom Province. This population was 35 educational personnel at Wat Saphang School. The instrument used was a questionnaire. data analysis Finding Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation and find a relationship by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient . The results showed that most of them were females, of which 20 were under 30 years of age, 15 of whom had bachelor's degree, 15 of whom had work experience of 5 -10 baht, 14 persons.1) General administrative as a whole at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that the first place was problem determination, followed by alternative search. decision making in alternative assessment Compliance with decision making And lastly, it's about evaluating results and providing feedback.2) Student affairs work as a whole at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that the first place was the administration of student affairs, followed by the promotion of democracy in schools, the promotion and development of students to have discipline, morality, and ethics in the evaluation of student affairs performance.
