PARTICIPATION IN ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL BAN PHRAEK HAENG SCHOOL, SAWI DISTRICT, CHUMPHON PROVINCE

his study The objective was to study the level of participation in academic administration. and to bring the results of the study to the administrators of Ban Phraek Haeng School, Sawi District, Chumphon Province, as a guideline for improving and participating in teachers' academic administration, consisting of teaching and learning management in educational institutions; Curriculum development of educational institutions in the development of learning processes and educational supervision Individual factors include gender, age, educational level. and work experience. The population of this study was 35 teachers at Ban Phraek Haeng School, Sawi District, Chumphon Province. The instruments used in the study were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study found that most of the respondents were female, aged 36 years and over, having a bachelor's degree. and having 21-30 years of working experience. The overall participation in the academic administration of teachers at Ban Phraek Haeng School, Sawi District, Chumphon Province was at a high level. When classified by aspects, it was found that the first place was in the development of learning processes. followed by curriculum development of educational institutions Education supervision and the last place is in teaching and learning management in educational institutions.
