THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE FACTORS AFFECTING PARTICIPATION IN ORGANIZINGTEACHER EDUCATION OF PHRA PATHOM WITTAYALAI SCHOOL NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aims to 1) to study the level of general administrative work factors 2) to study the level of participation in management and 3) to study the relationship between general administrative factors affecting the participation of teachers in Phra Pathom Wittayalai School Nakhon Pathom. The sample of this time consisted of 136 teachers at Phra Pathom Wittayalai School. The instrument used was a questionnaire. data analysis Finding Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation and find the relationship by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient. The results showed that most of the respondents were female, 103 people, aged 41-50 years, 78 people, educational level, bachelor's degree, 101 people, average monthly income. 10,000-20,000 baht, 110 people with 5-10 years of work experience, 116 people 1) General administrative work factors Overall, it is at a high level.
