Abstract

This research Objectives 1) to study the level of academic administration 2) to study the quality level of learners 3) To study the relationship between academic administration and learner quality of the Ban Tha Din Daeng School Expanding Opportunity School. Under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Population this time There were 48 educational personnel of Ban Tha Din Daeng School Education. The tool used was a questionnaire. data analysis Finding Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation and find the relationship by using the Pearson correlation coefficient.by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient. The results showed that Most of the respondents were females, totaling 30 people with bachelor's degree, 44 people, 24 people with less than 11 years teaching experience. 1) The overall academic administration was at a moderate level. When classified by aspects, it was found that the first place was in the aspect of curriculum development of educational institutions, followed by the aspect of evaluation and comparison of the transfer of academic results. and the last place is Development of quality assurance systems within educational institutions 2) The quality of learners is at a high level. When considering each item, it was found that the first place was in terms of students having good health and aesthetics, followed by students having morality, ethics and desirable values. And lastly, the students have the ability to think systematically and creatively.
