Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of management and people's participation in local administration; 2) to study the level of people's participation in local administration; 3) to study the relationship between management and people's participation in local administration. People's participation in local administration in the municipal area of Bang Yai Subdistrict, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province The sample group in this study was 400 people aged 18 years and over whose names were registered in Bang Yai Sub-district Municipality, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province. The questionnaire was used as a study tool. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. and descriptive statistics The results of the study were as follows: 1. The management level analysis of Bang Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province found that the overall level was high. The aspect with the highest average was personnel, followed by finance. Planning It is the least average side. 2. The analysis of the level of people's participation in local administration found that the overall level of people's participation in local administration was at a high level.
