Abstract

Project evaluation management of teaching and learning under the epidemic situation of Corona 2019 (COVID-19) of students at Anubannonthaburi School Under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, the objective was to assess the context.  The import factors the process and the productive aspect of the project as well as to know the problems in order to obtain suggestions, improve and develop the implementation of the teaching and learning project under the epidemic situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) of Anubannonthaburi School students. under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, using the CIPP Model, Context evaluation, Input evaluation, process evaluation, and product. A total of 3,555 people was used in this assessment, consisting of students at Anubannonthaburi School. Kindergarten 2 - Grade 6, number 1,730 people, teachers of Anubannonthaburi School, number of 80 people, parents of Anubannonthaburi School students. Kindergarten 2 - Grade 6 consisted of 1,730 people and a board of basic education institutions of 15 people by determining the sample size from the population according to the Krejcie and Morgan table. 11 questionnaires, 1 test, 2 skills measurements, and 3 record forms, totaling 17 issues. The statistics used in the data analysis were descriptive statistics, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The reference statistic was independently T-test, the statistic used to determine the validity of the instrument, the IOC formula was used to find the confidence of questionnaires and the test using the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, and was used to find a reliability. Formula KR-20 to find the difficulty and power of the quiz.


The results of the assessment are summarized as follows:


  1. The results of the contextual assessment found that the indicators passed the two assessment criteria as follows:
    • The level of project necessity was found that it passed the assessment criteria at


a high level.


  • The feasibility level of the project was found that it passed the assessment criteria at a high level.

  1. The results of the assessment of inputs found that the indicators passed the evaluation criteria for all 3 indicators as follows:
    • The level of suitability of the management system was found that it passed the assessment criteria at a high level.

    • The level of suitability of the person was found that it passed the assessment criteria at a high level.

    • The level of suitability of the activities was found that it passed the assessment criteria at a high level.


  2. The results of the process evaluation found that there were two indicators that passed the assessment criteria as follows:
    • The level of appropriateness in coordination found that the activities carried out passed the criteria for assessed at the highest level

    • 2 The level of appropriateness for supervision and monitoring, it was found that the supervision and monitoring of the project passed the criteria. Assessment at the highest level


  3. The results of the productivity assessment have 10 indicators that have passed the assessment criteria as follows:
    • Knowledge on teaching and learning management under the epidemic situation of the virus corona (COVID-19) passed the assessment criteria at a moderate level.

    • Teachers with teaching skills found that after participating in the project Teachers have teaching skills that pass the criteria. assessment at a high level

    • Teachers with teaching media production skills found that after participating in the project Teachers have productive skills. Teaching media passed the assessment criteria at the highest level.

    • Teachers produce quality learning media according to the finished personnel.


It was found that after participating in the project, Teachers produce teaching materials. passed the assessment criteria at the highest level


  • The students had learning achievement in 5 groups of students' learning subjects. It was found that after participating After the project, students had achievements in 5 groups of learning subjects. passed the assessment criteria at a high level

  • The students had desirable characteristics. It was found that after participating in the project, the students had desirable Characteristics passed the assessment criteria at a high level

  • The satisfaction level of the students was found that they passed the assessment criteria at a high level.

  • Parents' satisfaction level was found that they passed the assessment criteria at a high level.

  • The satisfaction level of teachers was found that they passed the assessment criteria at a high level.

  • The satisfaction level of the basic education committee found that it passed the assessment criteria.to a large extent.
