Abstract
This research aimed to study and explore the preliminary data of the framework of school management model for excellence in project-based teaching and learning management. Create and validate a draft school management model for excellence. Create and validate a draft school management model for excellence. and certify the school management model for excellence To promote the potential of students in thinking and innovation and teamwork. The results found that 1. The result of creating a pattern frame getting 6 issues framework which were 1) students have good academic achievement, morals, ethics and desirable characteristics 2) organizing a quality learning process 3) building, location, atmosphere and environment conducive to student learning 4) school and community working together to organize education 5) teachers and staff have been developed with quality 6) the school has outstanding achievements. 2. The result of creating a school management model for excellence in project-based learning was R’TN4M: PLC. The results of the quality inspection of the model's feasibility and suitability were at the highest level. 3. The results of the try-out which was the outcome occurred to schools, teachers and students. 1) The outcome of school meets goals and indicators 2) Teachers have knowledge and ability to write project-based learning management plans at the highest level. And teachers were rewarded according to goals and indicators. 3) The students had a good evaluation of their thinking and innovation abilities. The result of the teamwork evaluation at the high level. The evaluation of moral, Ethics and desirable characteristics, learning achievement and students presented could met the goals and indicators however, they were not awarded due to the spreading of COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in no holding the competition
