Abstract

  This study aimed to assess the student support system project of Wat Sakae school, Pathumthani primary educational service area office 1. The assessment format was CIPP model according to Stufflebeam (Stufflebeam. 1983) contained 4 aspects which were context, input, process and product. The samples to be assessed were teachers and school staff, grade 4 – 6 students, the basic education board, the representative of students’ parents, the religious representative, communities’ leaders, policemen and health-promoting hospital staff. The tool of this study was a 5 rating-scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The result found that. 1. The context assessment, the result of the analysis of the conformity data of the project and context. In general, conformity was at a high level. Considering each aspect found that the social need aspect was found to be the most conformity and the least conformity was the policy aspect. 2. The input assessment, the result of the analysis of the suitability data. All aspects were at a high level in general. Considering each aspect found that the expenditure aspect was found to be the most suitability and the least suitability was the management aspect. 3. The process assessment, in general, the result of the analysis of the operational level data was at a high level. Considering each aspect found that the most practiced aspect is the planning aspect, and the least practiced aspect was the improvement aspect. 4. The product assessment, the productivity according to the project objectives, in general found that the success was at a high level. Considering each aspect found that the second objective which was the warming and positive relationship between teachers and students was the most successful. The least successful was the fourth objective which was the cooperation building with those in student quality improvement. The achievement according to the basic information system activities for individual students were at the highest level among 8 activities.
