Factors Affecting the Management of Online Lessons in Early Faculty of Business Northern College

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the factors which affected theTeaching and learning management of online lessons at Northern College. The method research was a survey research. The samples in this study were 9 administrators, 30 instructors and 400 students of at Northern College. The data analysis was done by descriptive statistics. The results showed that Factors affecting teachers' online teaching and learning management According to management's perception as a whole, it was at a high level and factors affecting online teaching and learning management according to the perception of the teacher Overall, it's at a high level. And when considering each aspect, it was found that the top 3 factors were teachers with a high average level. student factor with a high average and educational institutions with a high average For example, it affects the management of teaching online lessons for the Faculty of Business The results of this study showed that administrator factors, the instructor factors , the student factors and institute factors affected the teaching and learning management of online lessons at Northern College.
