This will lead to increased effort in the work and effective achievement of the set goals. 3) Citta refers to a dedication to work that requires administrators to plan and clarify work procedures, care for employees, collaborate to improve, and operate work with determination in order to finish the work within the specified timetable and goals. 4) Vimāṃsa refers to the application of wisdom to discover reasoning in work, in which administrators and personnel should plan, examine, analyze issues, and identify shared obligations under work regulations and rules in order to reduce mistakes and be the guidelines for functioning correctly.
