Abstract

Research subject performance of personnel local government organization Si Prachan District Suphanburi Province have a purpose To study the level of performance in accordance with the principles of ethical behavior and the efficiency of personnel's performance The relationship between performance in accordance with the moral principles and the performance of personnel and study the guidelines for improving the efficiency of personnel operations local government organization using a sample of 133 people using content analysis techniques The results of the study revealed that Performance efficiency of local administrative organization personnel are as follows: 1) Chan, Satisfaction in work performance is that there should be clear goals, methods and operational guidelines. Learn to understand each other's work together to replace working with each other. Organize activities to enhance participation within the organization to create satisfaction, love work and see the importance of work resulting in the determination to complete the task. 2) Viriya refers to work effort that should be achieved through a work system that follows policies, regulations, indicators, and goals. In order for personnel to be happy, technology should be used to administer work and distribute work based on each person's duty and capability. This will lead to increased effort in the work and effective achievement of the set goals. 3) Citta refers to a dedication to work that requires administrators to plan and clarify work procedures, care for employees, collaborate to improve, and operate work with determination in order to finish the work within the specified timetable and goals. 4) Vimāṃsa refers to the application of wisdom to discover reasoning in work, in which administrators and personnel should plan, examine, analyze issues, and identify shared obligations under work regulations and rules in order to reduce mistakes and be the guidelines for functioning correctly.
