Developing the program of Mental Health Promotion for the disable by Buddhism Arts and Buddhism Tourist in north Eastern

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to develop a program to promote mental health of people with disabilities through Buddhist arts and Buddhist tourism. Create a participatory process in promoting mental health of people with disabilities. and create a network of temples to promote the mental health of people with disabilities in the Northeast The integrated research methodology consisted of monks, community leaders who participated in the development of a mental health promotion program for the disabled through Buddhist arts and Buddhist tourism in the Northeastern region, in both areas by in-depth interviews with 30 subjects/person. 10 people with mobility disabilities in Nakhon Ratchasima province and 10 people. The results of the research were as follows: 1. Development of a mental health promotion program for the disabled through Buddhist arts and Buddhist tourism in the Northeast consisted of 8 steps as follows: Step 1: Admire the beauty of the Buddhist arts in order to remember the Three Jewels. Step 2: Groups of people with disabilities listen to explanations of Buddhist art works and thoughts according to Buddhist teachings Step 3: Groups with disabilities practice behavioral adjustments to build mental health perform daily activities according to the Tri-sikkha principles practice the 5 precepts concentration with mindfulness and wisdom during daily activities. Step 4: Provide knowledge on Buddhist arts to the group with the mobility disabled. Step 5: Give knowledge of inspirational illustrations from Buddhist arts. Step
