Abstract

The purposes were to assess the Sang Khon Dee Sri Ni Khom 10 project according to the moral school, office of the basic education commission, year 2563” of Nikhomsangtoneng changwat rayong 10 school within 4 issues which were 1) the context evaluation: C 2) the input evaluation: I 3) the process evaluation: P 4) the product evaluation: P. The sample of this assessment was 228 people including the committees of basic education, teacher assistance, student’s parents and student. Purposive Sampling method was used. The 5-rating scale-questionnaire was used to collect the data. Mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data.


          The result of the assessment of Sang Khon Dee Sri Ni Khom 10 project according to the moral school, office of the basic education commission, year 2563 can be summarized as followed.


  1. For the context evaluation, generally, the committees of basic education and teacher assistance had their opinion to the Sang Khon Dee Sri Ni Khom 10 project according to the moral school, office of the basic education commission, year 2563 project to the suitability and necessity in the very high level. Considering into each session found that, the first 3 high mean sessions were correspondence of the project with strategic plans, courses, teaching and learning management appropriate to the time and situation of the modern world society. And the project was consistent with the problems of the school and the needs of teachers, parents and the community with the same mean. Followed by the conformity of the project to the policy of the ministry of education, office of the basic education commission and the educational service area office, project objectives were clearly defined. The atmosphere school environment were appropriate, consistent and conducive to project implementation had the same mean.

  2. For the input evaluation, generally, the committees of basic education and teacher assistance had their opinion to the Sang Khon Dee Sri Ni Khom 10 project according to the moral school, office of the basic education commission, year 2563 project to the readiness in the very high level. Considering into each session found that, the first 3 high mean sessions were clearly project implementation plan. Followed by staff and related-persons responsible for the project were appropriate and sufficient for the implementation of the project, and the project committee had knowledge and understanding about the approach, goals, importance of the project and moral identity of students had the same mean.

  3. For the process evaluation, generally, the committees of basic education and teacher assistance had their opinion to the Sang Khon Dee Sri Ni Khom 10 project according to the moral school, office of the basic education commission, year 2563 project to the operation in the very high level. Considering into each session found that, the first 3 high mean sessions were project-based learning and reduce study time, increase time to know the base of sufficiency economy activity had the same mean. Followed by the moral camping activity and framing the concepts and determining the points to be developed according to the problems and needs, parents network activity, making merit in every Buddhist holy day and responsible area activity had the same mean.

  4. For the product evaluation, generally, the committees of basic education and teacher assistance had their opinion to the Sang Khon Dee Sri Ni Khom 10 project according to the moral school, office of the basic education commission, year 2563 project to the adherence to moral identity in the very high level. Considering into each session found that, the first 3 high mean sessions were line up in an orderly manner keep distance, turn off the lights, turn off the fans, turn off the tap every time when not in use and waste segregation had the same mean. Followed by collecting the trash every time founded and submitting assignment on time
