Parents’ Satisfaction for care management system at Ban Kuang Yoon school, Surat Thani

Abstract
This research aimed 1) to study the level of student guardians’ satisfaction with operations of student care and assistance system at Ban Khuan Yung School, 2) to compare their satisfaction with the school operations as such to compare the level of parents' satisfaction towards the implementation of the student care system at Ban Khuan Yung School, Muang District, Surat Thani Province. The sampling comprised of 152 student guardians, whose children were studying in academic year of 2016. The research instrument was the Likert-type scale questionnaire with five discrimination between 0.26 and 0.89, index of item objective congruence (IOC) for specific study from 0.67 to1.00, and the reliability amount at 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis were: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test (One-way ANOVA). Incase of encountering difference of data, they would be Determine the Pearson correlation coefficient between the individual scores and the questionnaire's total score. by the method of finding the alpha coefficient (α-Coefficient). The results showed that

1) The level of student guardians’ satisfaction, in the overall aspects, with operations of student care and assistance system of Ban Khuan Yung School Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in every aspect.

The side with the highest average level of satisfaction is to : problem prevention and solutions, followed by the student transfer, intimacy between students and a teacher. supporting system management in an aspect of student screening promotion and development of a student – Care Management System
