Abstract
The purposes of this research were to find 1) study academic administration of schools under the Office of Primary Education Service Songkhla Area 2 2) compare the administration of schools under the Office of Primary Education Service Songkhla Area 2 classified by work experience and schools size. The research sample consist school administration 92 persons separate of small size schools 40 medium size schools 49 and large size schools 4 . the simple size was determined by using coefficient alpha Cronbach’s table between 0.20 – 0.60. The instrument of this research was found questionnaire with a reliability of 0.95.
The result revealed that :
- The academic administration of schools under the Office of Primary Education Service Songkhla Area 2 was completely at a high level. The highest mean was for curriculum development like local course the basic school curriculum standard based instruction regulation of academic administration
The improvement of learning and promotion of learning resources.
- The comparisons of academic administration under the Office of Primary Education Service Songkhla Area 2 , classified by work experience , produced overall difference at the statistical significance level of 0.05. The result classified by school size were not significantly different, nor were those obtained by education level.
- School Administrator schools under the Office of Primary Education Service Songkhla Area 2 working experience produced overall difference at the statistical significance level of 0.05.
- School Administrator schools like small medium and large size of schools under the Office of Primary Education Service Songkhla Area 2 produced overall difference at the statistical significance level of 0.05. Addition suggestions : 1) Should study the working motivation of School Administrator schools under the Office of Primary Education Service Songkhla Area 2 2) Should study the efficiency of academic administration of schools and split into network center for development
