Self-Learning Process Development Research Report to increase academic achievement by free elective media Korat song for high school students Center for Non-Formal and Informal Education, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District

Abstract
The objective of this research is to study 1) learning achievement from the self-learning process through the use of multimedia in a free elective course called Korat Songs for upper secondary students of Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre and 2) the satisfaction of the students towards the self-learning process to increase their academic achievement through the use of multimedia in a free elective course called Korat Songs for upper secondary students of Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre. The sample used in this research was 39 basic education students studying at the upper secondary level in Semester 2, Academic Year 2020 at Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre, who enrolled in a free elective course called Korat Songs selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments were 1) a learning management plan for a free
elective course called Korat Songs, 2) a learning achievement test for a free elective course called Korat Songs for upper secondary students, and 3) a questionnaire
investigating the satisfaction of the upper secondary students. The statistics used for data analysis were mean (x̄), standard deviation (S.D.), and t-test.
The findings are as follows:
- Learning achievement from the self-learning process through the use of multimedia after learning was higher than before learning with a statistical significance at the .05 level for upper secondary students at Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre.
- The students’ overall satisfaction towards the self- learning process through the use of multimedia for upper secondary students at Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre was at a high
level. When considered individually, all the aspects were at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean score was content, followed by self-learning management plan, and self-learning process management, respectively, while evaluation had the lowest mean score.
