Abstract
Human Resource Development is an organized activity in order to change behavior with continuous systematic planning in advance and to increase knowledge and ability, by having to develop both physically and mentally at the same time. The form of professional development or human resource development has changed from the original model, by the way, focus on system change Solve problems for individual personnel initiated by management, change to the nature of joint planning. There is a continuous process of development, both formal and informal. Emphasis on new training concepts: skills, motivation, implementation that can be developed through training. Learning comes from potential learner motivation. Human resource development is ongoing all the time. Therefore, in the development of personnel, development should be linked to the strategy of the organization. Provide opportunities for employees to train their skills and abilities, including transforming mistakes into learning opportunities, engage them in the problem to develop a sense of belonging. Organizations must take care of individuals to create motivation to work for the organization to achieve its goals. Emphasis on operator participation and can also provide reinforcement as a stimulant as well.
