Buddhadhamma Application for Promoting the Leader’s Administraion in Noen sa-nga Distaict Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the general state of promoting governance of local leaders in Noen Saeng District; 2) The level of opinions towards the promotion of local leaders in Noen Sang District. Chaiyaphum Province Classified by personal factors. 3) To present the application of Buddhist principles to promote the administration of local leaders. in Noen Saeng District Chaiyaphum. ProvinceChaiyaphum research methodology combines both quantitative research and qualitative research. Data were collected from a sample of 165 people, nine informants from interviews. Data were collected by using questionnaires and interview forms. Data were analyzed using statistics: percentage, mean, and standard deviation. in-depth interview Descriptive and descriptive data analysis methods were used.
