The Development of School Administration Model in the Education Sandbox of Bankhai School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong

Abstract
The objectives of this research were1) to study the conditions and guidelinesof school administration in the Education Sandbox of BanKhai Schoolunder the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong 2) to developand examine the school administration model in the Education Sandboxof Bankhai School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayongand 3) to experiment and evaluate the efficiency of the school administration modelin the Education Sandbox of Bankhai School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong.The research consisted of 3 phases: 1)studyingthe conditions and guidelines for school administration in the EducationSandboxofBankhai School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong, 2) developing and examining the school administration model in the Education Sandbox of Bankhai School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayongand 3) experimenting and evaluatingthe efficiency of the school administration model in the Education Sandbox ofBankhai School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong.The samples used in quantitative research werethe school director and teachersof Bankhai School. The representative sample of 76 used the Krejcie& Morgan table (Krejcie& Morgan. 1970: 607-610) and informants in qualitative research, includingthe director,deputy directors in 4 departments, head of quality assurance, andsupervisors, totaling 9 of people whoselected by purposive sampling based on the criteriaof the researchers. Research instruments included questionnaires, interview forms, satisfaction assessment forms, and usefulness assessment forms.The data was analyzed by basic statisticsand content analysis. The results of the researchrevealed: 1) conditions of school administrationin the Education Sandbox ofBankhai School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayongin overview, the practice was at a high level (=4.31,S.D. = 0.59), 2)The results of the development of school administration modelin the Education Sandbox ofBankhai School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong consisted of 2 components: Component 1.Educational management development consisted of 4 aspects: 1) Innovative Leadership,2) InnovationPlan Administration, 3) Organization Partnership Administration,and4)Innovator Development and Component 2. Quality of administrationconsisted of4 aspects:1)executives, 2) promotionofteaching and learning, 3) factors for school development in the Education Sandbox, and 4) school development strategiesin the Education Sandbox.These were propelled by a 4-step administration process. Users were satisfied with the model in overview at the highest level(=4.55,S.D. = 0.10), and the model was helpful at the highest level(=4.58, S.D. = 0.06).
