School Management Model Development with Student Council Mechanism to Strengthen Leadership Creativity of students at Anubannonthaburi School Under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the conceptual framework of school management model with student council mechanism to enhance creative leadership of students in Anubannonthaburi School 2) To study the current and desirable conditions. Problems and necessities of school administration model with student council mechanism to enhance creative leadership of students in Anubannonthaburi School 3) To develop school administration model with student council mechanism to enhance creative leadership of school students 4) To examine the school administration model with the student council mechanism to enhance the creative leadership of students in Anubannonthaburi School. This research was a mixed method research with the population being students at Nonthaburi Kindergarten School. Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, academic year 2021, the data providers were school administrators, teachers and students. The research instruments were the assessment form and questionnaire. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The conceptual framework for the management model to enhance creative leadership of primary school students consisted of 4 forms: formal style, colleague model, political model and cultural patterns Each model has 8 components. The conceptual framework of creative leadership characteristics of primary students. It consists of six key attributes: (1) Intellectual ability and enlightenment (2) Creative personality (3) Courage (4) Generosity and trust in the assignment (5) Desire and determination to accomplish. and (6) knowledge; 2) present and desirable conditions. Problems and necessities of school administration model with student council mechanism to enhance creative leadership of students in Anubannonthaburi School found that it was a colleague model and a formal model. As for the dependent condition of the school management model with the student mechanism to enhance the creative leadership of the students of Anubannonthaburi School. Most of them were colleague models, followed by formal and cultural models, respectively. 3) The school administration model to enhance creative leadership of elementary school students developed was the formal colleague model. (CFM Model) and 4) the results of the suitability and feasibility of the model were consistent at a high level.
