Saraniyadhamma Application for Pormoting the Reconciliation for the Administration in the Lat Bua Khao Subdistrict Municipality, Si Khio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the general state of promoting reconciliation in municipal administration of Lat Bua Khao Subdistrict, Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province; Lat Bua Khao, Sikhiu District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province Classified by personal factors. 3) Applying Saraniyadhamma principles to promote reconciliation and reconciliation in the administration of Lat Bua Khao Subdistrict Municipality, Sikhiu District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The research is an integrated approach. It consists of quantitative research using questionnaires as a tool. to collect information The confidence value for the entire document was 0.90. The sample group was people who came to request services. Statistics used in data analysis were: Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation Hypothesis was tested by t-test, F-test, and one-way analysis of variance. Therefore, the difference of the means was compared in pairs. by Least Significant Difference (LSD) method and by qualitative research methodology. An in-depth interview was used with 9 key informants or persons. Data were analyzed by descriptive content analysis.
