A development of School Administration Model for Enhance Achievement to Excellence students of Pakthongchaichunhawan Wittayakharn School

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the conditions and the operation method to making the school administration model for enhance achievement to excellence students of Pakthongchaichunhawan Wittayakharn School, Nakhonratsima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 2) to develop and verify School Administration Model of enhance achievement to excellence 3) to study the results of School Administration Model enhance achievement to excellence students 4) to evaluate the results of School Administration Model enhance achievement to excellence students. The population consists of 52 school administrators and teachers were both quantitative and qualitative research from Purposive sampling from Pakthongchaichunhawan Wittayakarn School. The research tools were questionnaires, semi-structured interviews and satisfaction assessment. Analyses of data were performed with basic statistics and content analysis. The research tools were a questionnaire, an interview form, and a satisfaction assessment form. Data were analyzed using basic statistics and content analysis. The results revealed that 1) the results of the school management conditions towards excellence were practiced at a high level. 2) the results of development and examination of school administration consists of 2 factors 1 those School administration and 2 those School Management towards Excellence to improve the quality of learners. 3) the performance according to the model Evaluation from Self - Assessment Report (SAR) for the academic year 2020 were found that the students were achievement increased at all levels. 4) the assessment results of the suitability, accuracy, feasibility, and usefulness of the development of school administration model for enhance achievement to excellence students were at the highest level.
