บทบาทครูในการส่งเสริมการจัดการอารมณ์เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความสำคัญของการจัดการอารมณ์ (Emotion Regulation) และวิเคราะห์บทบาทเชิงรุกของครูในการส่งเสริมทักษะดังกล่าว เพื่อยกระดับสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้และการกำกับตนเองของผู้เรียนท่ามกลางบริบทความท้าทายของการจัดการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำเสนอบทบาทครูในการส่งเสริมการจัดการอารมณ์เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมพบว่า ภาวะความเครียดและอารมณ์เชิงลบเป็นอุปสรรคสำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อการทำงานของสมองส่วนการรู้คิด (Cognitive Function) นำไปสู่การลดลงของประสิทธิภาพในการประมวลผลและการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน ดังนั้น การจัดการปัจจัยทางอารมณ์ที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการเรียนรู้ จึงถือเป็นหน้าที่สำคัญของครูผู้สอน ผลการศึกษาผ่านแนวคิดทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ทางอารมณ์และสังคม (Social and Emotional Learning: SEL) ชี้ให้เห็นว่า การมีทักษะการจัดการอารมณ์ที่ดีเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขยายพื้นที่ความจำขณะทำงาน ส่งเสริมแรงจูงใจภายใน และสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในชั้นเรียน บทความนี้จึงนำเสนอการปรับเปลี่ยนบทบาทครูสู่การเป็นผู้อำนวยความสะดวกทางอารมณ์ผ่าน 5 ยุทธศาสตร์หลัก ได้แก่ 1) การเป็นแบบอย่างในการจัดการอารมณ์ 2) การสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดภัยทางจิตวิทยา 3) การบูรณาการทักษะ SEL เข้าสู่กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) การเป็นที่ปรึกษาและผู้ให้การสนับสนุนเชิงบวก และ 5) การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือที่เข้มแข็งร่วมกับผู้ปกครองและภาคีเครือข่าย ท้ายที่สุด บทความได้เสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายให้สถาบันผลิตครูทบทวนและยกระดับสมรรถนะด้านจิตวิทยาพัฒนาการในหลักสูตรวิชาชีพครู และเสนอให้สถานศึกษากำหนดนโยบายโรงเรียนปลอดภัยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเติบโตทางอารมณ์อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญสู่ความสำเร็จทางการเรียนรู้อย่างยั่งยืน
