THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT MODEL TO UPGRANDE EDUCATIONAL INSITUTION AND DEVELOP STUDENT GUALITY TOWARDS LEARNING SOCIETY IN THE 21st CENTURY IN DONSAK MUNICIPALITY KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL, SURATTHANI PROVINCE

Abstract
This article of this study was: 1) Study the current situation, desired conditions and management models, 2) Create and development an innovative of management model to upgrade the educational institution and develop the quality of students, and 3) Evaluate the development results of an innovative management model to upgrade the educational institution and develop the quality of students towards a learning society in the 21st century of DONSAK Municipality Kindergarten School, Surat Thani Province. This was research and development method that is action research includes: Step 1: current situation and ideal situation, using as questionnaires, purposive sampling, sample: 1) Directors, 2) Teachers, 3) Students, 4) Personnel, and 5) Parent of 30 peoples, analyzed percentage, mean, standard deviation, and management mode, in-depth interviews, key informants: 1) Directors, 2) Teachers, 3) Students, and 4) Parent of 10 peoples, Step 2: Create and develop model, in-depth interviews and focus group, key informants includes: 1) Directors, 2) Teachers, 3) Personnel, and 4) Parent of 15 peoples, analyzing the content, and Step 3: Evaluating the development model, purposive sampling, key informants includes: 1) Directors, 2) Teachers, 3) Personnel, 4) Parent networks, and 5) Academics of 15 people, analyzed percentage, mean, standard deviation. The research was found that: 1) The current situation, overall at the high level ( = 3.79, S.D. = 0.54), the desired conditions, highest level (
= 4.86, S.D. = 0.42), and management models including: management towards the success and progress of the educational institution and management that promotes and supports student learning, 2) Create and development of management model, overall at the highest level (
= 4.62, S.D. = 0.74), and 3) Evaluate of the used the model were found to be appropriate in the processes, feasibility, comprehensiveness, and usefulness, at the highest level (
= 4.69, S.D. = 0.54)
