Publication Fees

There are no publication fees.

The Sripatum Law Journal will begin charging publication fees for articles starting from Volume 13 (Issue 1), 2028 onwards. The details are as follows:

- Research articles/Academic articles (Thai): 5,000 THB/article
- Research articles/Academic articles (English): 6,000 THB/article

Note:
- The fee is a one-time charge upon passing the initial quality assessment by the editorial board. Notification must be submitted in writing through the ThaiJO system.
- The date of payment of the publication fee is considered the date the article is received.
- If the article's quality assessment finds it unsuitable for publication, or if the author withdraws the article after payment, the Sripatum Law Journal reserves the right not to refund the publication fee under any circumstances.
- The Sripatum Law Journal only charges publication fees for regular submissions; there are no fees for expedited (Fast Track) submissions.
