บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ศึกษาอิทธิพลของการสื่อสารในองค์กรที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และศึกษาอิทธิพลของคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำ การเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลกับพนักงานธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน รวมทั้งมีการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณใน การทดสอบสมมติฐาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ในภาพรวมปัจจัยที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ ด้านผู้รับสาร ด้านช่องทางการสื่อสาร ด้านสมาชิกทีมที่มีความสามารถ ด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร และด้านภาวะผู้นำทีม ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ทั้งยังแสดงให้เห็นว่าพนักงานได้ให้ความสำคัญการสื่อสารในองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
