Roles and Developing local Curriculum Administration Guidelines of School Administrators under The sub-municipality Bong Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the role of administrators in the administration of local curricula of educational institutions. under Bang Pa-In Sub-district Municipality Bang Pa-in District, and 2) to study the guidelines for the development of administrators' roles in the administration of local curriculums of educational institutions. Under Bang Pa-in Sub-district Municipality Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The samples used in the research were 162 school administrators and teachers. The researchers determined the sample size. The research tool was a questionnaire 5-level estimation scale model with the .93 reliability value. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and analyze the guidelines for the development of executive roles in the administration of local curricula of educational institutions under Bang Pa-In Subdistrict Municipality Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province to find the frequency and percentage values.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) The role of local curriculum administration of educational institute administrators. under Bang Pa-In Sub-district Municipality Bang Pa-in District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Overall, the practice was at a high level. The highest mean was the evaluation of local curricula, followed by the aspect of resource use and local learning resources at a very practical level and the aspect with a high level of practice. The lowest mean was for innovation and technology in curriculum administration at a high level. 2) Guidelines for the development of local curriculum administration of school administrators. under Bang Pa-In Sub-district Municipality Bang Pa-in District : School administrators should promote the use of innovation and technology in curriculum management, provide local curriculum for teachers and personnel to analyze curriculum together, promote the development of learning materials, provide support for management Local curricula, provide local wisdom media to facilitate self-learning, and appoint a committee to evaluate local curricula.
