The research aims to1) Study the level of strategies for promoting participation. 2) Study the level of promoting early childhood development 3) Study the relationship between strategies for promoting participation and promoting early childhood development among educational personnel. Kong Krai Klang Subdistrict Municipality Child Development Center Kong Krailat District Sukhothai Province. The samples used in this research were A total of 152 educational personnel were obtained by defining the sample size from Craigie and Morgan's table. The tool used was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were: Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The research results found that Most of the respondents were female, 90 people, 128 people had bachelor's degrees, and 75 people had agricultural careers.1)Strategy to promote participation Overall, it is at the level. When considering each aspect, it was found that number 1 was participation in religious activities. regulations, traditions and culture, followed by organizing activities of educational institutions in collaboration with communities and localities, and setting up networks of parents and alumni. In terms of building good relationships between the school and the community And the last rank is public relations, disseminating activities and works of educational institutions.2) Promoting early childhood development Overall it is at a high level. When considering each aspect It was found that number 1 was in promoting emotional and mental development, followed by promoting social development. Promoting physical development And the last ranking is Promoting intellectual development3) Relationship between strategies for promoting participation and promoting early childhood development of educational personnel. Kong Krai Klang Subdistrict Municipality Child Development Center Kong Krailat District Sukhothai Province as a whole has a positive relationship at a moderate level.
